Quick Facts About Salon 620
Salon 620 Place, located in Arkadelphia, has received a range of feedback from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, it is important to analyze the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Salon 620 Place is their skilled hair stylists. Many customers express satisfaction with the services provided, specifically praising the stylists for their expertise and talent. One customer, in particular, highlights their positive experience with Jordan and the amazing job done on their highlights. This indicates that the salon has capable and talented stylists who can deliver excellent results.
Another strength of Salon 620 Place is their ability to cater to a diverse clientele. Several customers mention the salon's family-friendly atmosphere and the great cuts they provide for men at reasonable prices. This demonstrates that the salon is capable of accommodating different age groups and providing quality services to a wide range of customers. Additionally, the comment about the entire family using the salon suggests that they have built a loyal customer base within the community.
However, a weakness of Salon 620 Place seems to be a snobby and rude attitude from one of their employees. One customer expresses their disappointment with the behavior of a young woman, deeming her ignorant and stating that they will not be returning to the salon. This negative feedback indicates that there may be an issue with customer service or the behavior of certain employees. It is important for the salon management to address this concern and ensure they maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all customers.
In terms of pricing, the salon receives positive feedback regarding affordability. One customer mentions that they paid $25 for a haircut, which they deem to be the most affordable place they have visited in Arkadelphia. This is a strength for the salon as it indicates they offer competitive prices, making their services accessible to a wider range of customers.
However, a negative experience relating to a wedding trial indicates a weakness in the salon's ability to handle important and significant events. The comment details a series of mishaps during the trial, including a lack of attention to customer requests, breaks during the session, and unprofessional makeup application. This negative experience could have significant implications for the salon's reputation, particularly when it comes to handling important occasions such as weddings. This incident highlights the need for better coordination and training within the salon to ensure customer satisfaction during important events.
It is worth noting that there is a lack of consistency in customer feedback, specifically regarding individual stylists. While the majority of comments are positive, there are no specific mentions of particular stylists except for the recommendation of Jordan for highlights. This lack of consistent positive feedback about individual stylists could be seen as a weakness for the salon in terms of building a strong reputation around specific stylists' expertise.
In conclusion, Salon 620 Place has various strengths and weaknesses based on customer comments. The salon is praised for its skilled stylists, affordable prices, and ability to cater to a diverse clientele. However, there are concerns about rude behavior from an employee, unprofessionalism during important events, and a lack of consistent positive feedback about individual stylists. Addressing these weaknesses and maintaining the strengths will be crucial for the salon's success in the future.

Supper happy with my highlights. Jordan did an amazing job!! It was my first time coming to this place and it will not be my last. Recommend this place!
Great hair salon for the entire family. I always feel welcome and get excellent service. Great cuts for men at reasonable prices. My entire family uses their salon. Would recommend to anyone In Arkadelphia area.
Snobby attitude and very rude and ignorant young woman who will never receive any business from my family or friends. And since I'm a Disabled combat veteran I hope all veterans would follow suit !
They have always done excellent service! Highly recommend!
The hairdressers were very prompt and helped me achieve what I wanted easily. I had a good portion on my hair cut off (about 80% or so) and I paid $25. Most affordable place I've been to in Arkadelphia. My hair looks fantastic! Thanks for a great cut!
I went in for a hair and makeup trial before my wedding, and I’m so glad I did. I used to use this salon in college, and though I’d only had hair cuts, I thought they’d be fine. I was in town from over 400 miles away to have a day of wedding planning and allotted myself 1.5 hours for a hair/makeup trial. I also told them when I walked in that I was having engagement pictures taken later that day and would like to look nice for them. I thought it was standard for the salon owner to do the brides hair, so I was surprised when seemingly the newest person there was doing my wedding trial. She barely listened to what I wanted, took a 20 minute break to do her friends eyebrows in between, and had to have someone else finish my hair because she couldn’t figure out how to bobby pin it. I had only asked for half-up hair with loose curls and I was there for over an hour and a half. But there’s more. The person who was supposed to do my makeup was a no-show that day, so instead of telling me they proceeded to try to do my makeup— a complete disaster. They used my personal makeup because they didn’t have anything to match my skin complexion (everything was orange), and the mascara they handed me for me to apply myself was empty. Again, luckily I had my own. They weren’t even going to apply lip color until I asked, and they ended up using a random persons lip color that she ran out to her car to get. The most unprofessional salon experience I’ve ever had. Needless to say, I will not be using them for my wedding after all and would strongly discourage others from using them for anything important. I was 30 minutes late to my next appointment, which was embarrassing.
Came in as a walk in and got probably 7-8 inches cut off. The lady I got did a FABULOUS job. Well worth the $25! I didn't catch her name, but if you get the woman with a red Chinese/Japanese symbol on her wrist it will be a great job!
I have been going to Fawna for over a year now. She is awesome! She is listens to what you want, she is quick and I always love the outcome!
