Extremely disappointed! I thought for not being a very busy salon they would try to make their customers happy. Well now I know why they aren’t busy… horrible customer service, especially the owner! He rushes through your service and doesn’t do a good job… not worth the price! My nails are two different shades, partly not painted, and half of them are crooked.
I am very happy I discovered this nail salon/spa. They are always able to accommodate appointments and walk-ins. The décor is unique, clean, and welcoming with a Pacific Northwest theme (ferries, lighthouses, Seahawks).
Tom and his staff are hard workers and are very customer-focused, but you never feel rushed. Tom, himself does an excellent job with Dip Nail manicures. It lasts for more than 4 weeks, and I am very tough on my nails with typing, cleaning, and handling animals. The pedicures are very comprehensive and relaxing and include scrubs and stones. The services here are well-priced and of a higher quality than anywhere in King or Snohomish Counties and I have been to many salons in the last 10 years. I do not understand the negative reviews and I am a very discerning consumer. One goes to the nail salon to get a service, not to socialize. Of course, staff should be polite and friendly, and they are ...but they are not mind readers. Customers need to communicate clearly what they want and to tell staff if they have a problem, not expect them to just know and then, if dissatisfied, complain on social media. Again, they are nail/spa specialists, not cruise directors.
My daughter got a pedicure and I got Shellac mani. Both were great experiences and the colors lasted very very well. No peeling or chipping whatsoever on my mani despite extensive yard work and being hard on my nails as a nurse. Great prices and punch cards toward a free mani to boot. We will definately be back!
Everyone is very kind but the owner is unpleasant and will rush your service. He wants you in and out. Had amazing service from Rosie but she has left and now I can't recommend.
Not happy with the quality of my nails, had nail art done and the design was nothing like I wanted. I kept being told it would look good, it will be fine, but it wasn't. Then, less than 2 days later I have an ENTIRE ACRYLIC "pop" off, and simply ask for them to help me re-adhere the nail since, the overpriced full set didn't even hold up 2 days to get to my event over the weekend, and they try to charge me for a full fill!! BS, I went to my regular gal, had her remove, re do to my actual request, and I love my set from another place! I will never go back here!
Poor service . They cancel Appts once you are already booked & wait 30 min & then say they can’t see you . No customer service whatsoever. Avoid this place . Staff is unfriendly & uninterested,
I had a pedicure done, the main reason I came- was a hot stone massage. Wasn’t performed, when I ask manager, and he ask the girl who did my pedicure, she - looking at me said that she did it! Never happened to me anywhere and I used to like Serenity nails. No apology but still were trying to tell that I forgot, unbelievable!!!!
I just left. The quality of pedicure was very bad this time as well.
Very disappointed. Wasted of my time and money.
I love this place! I have been coming here for 5 years now. They do an amazing hot stone massage with your basic pedicure. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly and they are good at remembering you when your a regular. We make it our ritual to come every mothers day for a pedicure and they never disappoint!
