First of all I want to say that , im thankful honestly because they have blessed hands , they did my nails perfectly and how I wanted them and they Came out so beautiful. I recommend to go early in the morning because the wait be soo long and u can be in there all day depending on how many people are waiting to get there nails done. But they were so nice and the experience I was not expecting it . I would most definitely come back again ????
I've been going there for a long time. The people who work there genuinely care about their clients and what the clients want. Everytime i leave their i always leave happy and in love with my new nails. The only thing i would recommend to be fixed is the wait time or amount of people working at a time. Besides that my number 1 nail spot.
I haven't been to Sexy Nails in a while, I wasn't disappointed, Sydney did a great job.
When I first walked in I was greeted at the door. I asked for eyebrows and I was told to head to the back. Where a young lady was ready to give me the service. I felt a bit uncomfortable because I felt rushed by the lady covering/ hovering over me while I looked for a reference photo to show what exactly I wanted. I of course asked before presenting the photo. In the middle of me asking before I could finish my sentence Martha cut me off rudely to say I didn’t have much eyebrows to work with. I kindly explained that I have gotten this service before where I was able to get what I was asking for. I told her I just wanted to make sure they could give me what I was asking for and if not I would go somewhere that could. Martha was facing her client whiling doing a pedicure and interfered to tell me this. She then told me “okay go”, and I didn’t take any offense to this I just I felt as though there was a miscommunication with what I was asking for. But I also feel as though the comment was unnecessary. It’s the way you say things that matter. You can still tell a customer you cannot provide something kindly. I asked very politely and only exactly with a reference and detail to show the person in charge of doing the service exactly what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. I wanted to walk away and still be a satisfied customer. It felt like very hostile environment. I would also like to add I am a women of color. Not that it matters for this specific situation. But to just clarify. I am very sure their service is amazing but I just wanted to share my experience.
I've been visiting this place for the last 5 years and I love their work and the way they treat my nails. Under the new management updates at the salon have made the place more welcoming.
Honestly Michael you need to communicate with Martha on how she speaks to clients . She use to be truly kind . I’m guessing because she has experience and knows what she’s doing and you don’t have much help there so she’s starting to feel her self a little too much. I am also a woman of color , I went from being a regular client of Martha to not even going to this location for business at all , simply because Martha no longer knows how to communicate with paying clients properly.
Depends on who you have, Micheal is good so is Kevin. It's said men do better than women,sometimes ladies, but it's an all around good salon. I have been going for years.
Being over charged by a women name Martha because she was upset I went someone else to get my feet done when I normally would go to her and within one week needed to come to have my toe fixed came here at 6:05pm waited over 1 hr to have one toe nail fix for Michael the owner to tell me wait my turn when the women next to him said there was only two people in front of me when I first got here. Those two 2 of those people left they the women didn’t state there was 3 people in front of me. Michael then preceded to take someone else highly disappointed in their services and will never come back here again
