I have been going here for years and have always gotten a high quality experience. Kathy has been my nail tech for as long as I can remember and is extremely professional and talented. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
She says her name is Lanette, she’s very very much Racist never experienced what I’ve experienced today every n life. She tells me to pick a color and sit for 10 mins and it has been 40 mins I watch her take a Caucasian family before and she tells me someone else to do my full set nails. The lady which she takes even tells her I was before all 3 of them and she laughs and says someone else will do my nails instead. I asked why not her and what was the problem. She laughed and spoke her language amounts others so I asked her name and tooken her pic. I wish and pray they will get that nail shop out of there shut them down for good!! Please

VERY ignorant & unprofessional. If i wasn’t a changed person i would’ve handled the situation MUCH differently. I had been calling since before 8 saying how i was having trouble finding the salon. After finally arriving at 8:30 i was told they didn’t have anyone to do my refill. I literally was getting the most simple service. An acrylic overlay. She then went into how everyone went home & they were closed AFTER the man greeted me, asked me what i needed done & allowed me to sign in. YALL WERE LAZY & WANTED TO GO HOME. Y’all should of said that when i called at 8:25 literally 5 minutes prior !!!! When i said “it’s 8:30 you guys close at 9” she then closed & lock the doors.
Always a great experience at Signature. I usually request for Diane (I may not be spelling her name right I’m sorry). She is very nice and does a wonderful job. Everyone there is friendly; I leave feeling great and loving my nails.
I left the salon crying yesterday because the woman who waxed my eyebrows did such a horrible job. I just wanted them cleaned up but she completely removed majority of my brow. Waxed off the arch, made them so ugly and thin, AND still made me pay when i was visibly upset. I will be regrowing my eyebrows for months (if they even grow back). The worst is that she made me pay and didnt even seem apologetic. Just kept saying she only removed a little. It is clear she didnt and I will just keep crying every time I look in the mirror for months. It is trully that bad and unfair. I dont know how a professional doesnt know to not mess with the shape of someones brow. I am utterally devastated and appalled. I was gas lit by her, and now short 9 dollars for completely botched brows.
I waited to cool down to write this review. I used to really love this place. Honestly. I came a few years ago maybe every few months with my family and the experience was always pretty nice. The nails were pretty and the gel stayed on for about a month or so! My last visit on Friday 5/6/22 was my worst and I won’t be returning. I asked for a simple colour and some flowers and sparkles. I had a reference photo because I read online that nail technicians usually LIKE when customers do so. I asked many times for nails similar to my photo. My technician didn’t seem happy to do the job. Maybe I was expecting too much, but when I asked for two more gems on my left and right ring and pinkie fingers, my technician literally said “no, no, your nails are done. No more.” when I’m paying for a service. I paid $50 for half-done nails with a reference photo and multiple attempts at communication to let them know what it was I was requesting. It was just two gems. If I’m $50 paying for a service, I think I should be able to ask for a complete job, don’t you think?
i called and asked how long, the lady said 45 min to a hour which is reasonable. my nails took a little over two hours. two days later two nails snapped offed and polish on both fingers is chipped. i paid 60$ for these nails and i will never recommend this place more go back. worse place iver ever been.
