Staging parking in large dirt lot at end of street with overnight available also. You fill out the check in sheet at the window. Make sure to get your trailer license plate number so you don't have to walk back for it.

You back in from the street, but there's plenty of room to maneuver.

Make sure your trailer is clean and pre-cooled to 35 continous, or they won't load you. No issues here.

Well, it truly depends on your load. I was the very first one to check in and ended up being the very last one to load. I had to wait for twelve pallets to come in from the field, then they have to pre cool them. But other than the waiting game, the staff there are very nice, professional and will work with you as to how you want to be loaded, so as you sign a waiver, as I understand where they are coming from.
