Love this place. The open spaced pedi chairs and mani stations is great for these covid scarey times. They do a fantastic job everytime. Highly recommend. Pleasant and not in a rush. Other places in the area are not as pleasant.
Moved here from Ohio recently and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here, and I think I may keep going back! My nails have looked great both times!
Didn't even get my nails completely done. The lady insisted my mom's nails weren't real when they were and continued to argue with her and began to scream at my mother. All she would have had to do was soak the nails to get the layer of acrylic off and she would have seen no fake nails were used. The man left old dip powder residue on my hands from and old set and told me to "wash it off at home." When it needed to be soaked off with acetone. 3 people walked out whike we were there. I just paid for what was done and we left and went to Dream Nails and got wonderful service. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service.

Extremely upset with the service we received today. Me, my mom, sister and sister-n-law went to get our nails done for my sisters birthday. We all got dip powder. We arrived an hour after they opened and was the only 4 people in the shop. The lady gave us our nail colors to pick from and we all looked at the same time. After 2 of us picked colors my mom and sister were still looking for what they wanted and the technician told my mom and sister they needed to pick their color now because it would take a long time to do their nails. My sister wanted an ombré and was told that would be too expensive and take too much time. After being told that my mom say for 20 minutes waiting for them to start her nails because there was 4 of us and only 3 nail technicians. We all have multiple nails that are crooked and the Polish and dip powder on top is extremely uneven. My nails feel quite bumpy on top which I assumed was due to my dip having some chunky glitter in it. However, my mom got the same dip and hers are smooth. It took about 45 minutes each to get our nails done and In that time 3 other customers walked in and 2 of them were while we were just finishing drying our nails so we were not taking up the nail technicians chairs. I walked in that nail salon today and spent $160 on some of the worst service I’ve ever received. When I’m spending my hard earned money I will not be rushed and told what I want is too expensive and will take too long. Next time I get my nails done I will take my business else where.

My elderly sister had a terrible pedicure today. Her toenails were
left too long, unevenly filed and a sloppy polish application. When I insisted it be done correctly they refused and were very rude. Will never return.

they are so mean the lady literally yelled at me and she hit my hand and was also really grabby with it jerking me around. like bro??? never going back. and the nails werent even good, the acrylics were so uneven and nail polish missing from the sides. my sister asked if i did them myself thats how bad it was (i dont even do acrylics).. yea dont go here THEYRE MEAN
