Love my nails! Linh did a great job on both my nails and toes. Very fast and not an hour and a half ordeal like my last salon which is why I switched!
I’ve came to this establishment several times before and had no problems. Came in today for a pedicure and the service was extremely terrible. I had all of my toe nails (FULL) prior to coming in, all she had to do was TRIM THEM. The nail tech was rushing to clip my nails resulting in them being pointy and uneven and then she proceeded to paint them. I stopped her and asked her to correct this issue before painting my nails. She acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying so I asked to speak to someone else. The manager came, I tried explaining the issue to her, she became very frustrated because she couldn’t under the English I was speaking, so she yelled something smart at me(I could tell by her tone), she through her hands up and walked away to the front and started doing someone’s nails. As I sat in the back waiting for someone to come and fix the issue, I heard the manager upfront talking shyt about me, saying “SHE” referring to me. The manager was very ignorant and extremely unprofessional. Never again will I support this business.
Linh is amazing! She took great care with my pedicure and was personable! You don’t find many techs that keep conversation, she was great! Thanks for doing such an awesome job!
The staff at the shop are extremely friendly and professional. Linh does my nails and I love her!! She is so creative and makes sure my nails are impeccable. I always look forward to my next appointment!!!
Hannah did my nails and she did so good!! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and I love them ???????????? Got in about 10 minutes after I walked through the door! Great service and I will be back!!
