Quick Facts About Vegas Nails

Strengths:
1. Availability: According to one customer, they were able to get in right away when the store opened. This indicates that Vegas Nails may have good availability and can accommodate customers quickly.
2. Skillful technicians: Some customers mentioned specific technicians, Linda and Anna, who did a great job with their nails. They mentioned that Linda is able to shape their nails perfectly and make them thin, while Anna is skilled at designs. This suggests that Vegas Nails has experienced and talented technicians on staff.
3. Regular customer: One customer mentioned that they are glad they found Vegas Nails so they can get their nails done regularly. Having regular customers shows that there may be some level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor service quality: There were multiple complaints about the quality of service at Vegas Nails. One customer specifically mentioned that the technician ripped off their acrylics, causing bleeding, and didn't properly remove the leftover pieces. Another customer mentioned that their nails were crooked and misshapen after a pedicure. These complaints indicate that the quality of service provided may be inconsistent and of poor standard.
2. Rough and painful treatment: One customer mentioned that the technician was rough during their pedicure and lost track of where they were using the grinding tool, resulting in raw skin. Another customer mentioned that their skin was snipped off with nail clippers, causing pain. These incidents suggest that some technicians at Vegas Nails may not provide gentle and careful treatments, potentially leading to discomfort and even injury for customers.
3. Pushy sales tactics: One customer mentioned that they have experienced pushy sales tactics at Vegas Nails, where the staff try to convince them to get services they didn't want. This can create a negative customer experience and may make customers feel pressured and uncomfortable.
4. Lack of adherence to cleanliness: Multiple customers mentioned concerns about the cleanliness practices at Vegas Nails. One mentioned that gloves and tools appeared dirty and used, while another mentioned that tools were rinsed in the same basket they came in. Additionally, one customer noted that the staff did not take extra COVID-19 precautions. These comments suggest that Vegas Nails may not prioritize maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which can raise concerns about the risk of infections or other health hazards.
5. Lack of professionalism: One customer mentioned that they expressed their disappointment to the staff, but were completely ignored with no feedback or apology. This indicates a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
6. Lack of punctuality: One customer mentioned that they had to wait for 30 minutes before their pedicure started, even after making an appointment. This suggests a lack of punctuality and can be frustrating for customers who are expecting timely service.
In conclusion, while Vegas Nails may have the strengths of availability and skilled technicians, they have significant weaknesses in terms of service quality, rough treatment, pushy sales tactics, lack of cleanliness practices, lack of professionalism, and punctuality issues. These weaknesses can negatively impact the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

i got my acrylics taken off today and the lady i had ripped them off and made my nails bleed, and didn’t even take the tiny pieces left over off of my nails. i am not satisfied.
Favorite place! So glad I found them so I can get my nails done regularly!
I get my nails done by Linda and Anna they both do a great job Anna’s awesome at designs and Linda get them the perfect shape and so thin for me love it!!!
We went right when the store opened and we were able to get in right away. I was very appreciative of that. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the pedicure for the price. We paid $60 per person and my nails are crooked and misshapen. The technician that I had was very rough. There were several points that it was painful. When using the grinding tool to remove my old polish, she lost track of where she was and was grinding off my skin next to the nail. She didn’t stop until I pulled away. It left the skin raw. I will not be going back.
Very disappointed in this place. Normally they are really pushy about what they want me to get vs what I want. This time I went in and got a manicure and pedicure and when asked if I wanted gel polish I told her 3 times I didn't want it. Finally after the 4th time, I told her fine. She said it lasted longer but within 2-3 days it started peeling and chipping. Not impressed at all!
I went in for a full set of acrylics and was rushed to pick a color then i sat in the chair and noticed the lady pulling tools and gloves out of her drawer. The gloves had clearly been used before there was at least 3 colors of polish on them and her tool heads had gunky acrylic hardened on them. I got up and walked out! She even tried to call me as i was entering another salon???? wow just awful, i will never go back! Just makes me wonder how many people get fungus or infections!!!!
If I could rate this with negative numbers, I absolutely would. Worst experience ever. I waited 40 minutes with my feet in the water that was room temperature. The “basic” pedicure was horrible. They did not do everything that was supposed to be included. When I nicely confronted them about it, I briefly mentioned how disappointed I was in the services I received. She ignored me completely, I got no feedback or an apology.
I got 2 steps out the door and my nail polish had already chipped.
Needless to say, I will never be back and I do not recommend this place!!!!!!
They also have no extra COVID-19 precautions.... she dipped in her hands (after touching my feet) into a big bowl of scrub. The tools were rinsed in the same basket they came in.
Just disgusting.
Came here for a pedicure and waited soaking for 30 min before it started even after calling ahead for an appointment. Then she left smudges and paint on my skin. Then got a full set. She cut herself and had blood on the file and kept using it. She did not wear gloves for my pedi or set. Then she snipped my skin off with the nail clippers and asked if it hurt. Then she got colored spots in my white tips. Horrible! I won't go back!
