This place is a 0 star took my wife an daughter to get a simple pedicure an a full set they didn't cut the cuticles around there toes nor did they get ingrowns out they went home complaining that their feet was itchy an hurting . When we first arrived they were completely rude didn't let my wife pick her nail size cut before so ! An another thing that really threw me off was when they soak your feet they did not put a shower cap over the tub witch is very disgusting and unsanitary will not be going back please ready reviews before going to this place
My feet are now peely and have a fungus. This place used those cheese grater looking things wich are illegal in oregon. Its no wonder she went to the back to get it. And the pumice looked worn down. If everyone wants to get together lets start a law suit because this is serious sh9t. People have had legs amputated because of pedicure places not being sterile.
Hannah did solar nails on me a couple weeks ago. I had never heard of the solar product. I’m came here from Vegas and I had been dipping for the last couple years. I really like the dipping, but it seems to be very difficult to find here. Hannah did a wonderful job and I’ll be going back to see her soon. Ven is doing my pedicure. So glad I found her. I suffer from ingrown toenails and she was wonderful. Not afraid and took her time.
Star Nails does not disappoint!
These people can’t even get the acrylic all the way to the cuticle. Didn’t perform cuticle care. Couldn’t even get the rough skin off of my toes. They Were rude about how short I wanted my nails. I paid almost $100 and just not happy. ????
Chair 2 (Bea) is the only person I let do my nails here. I've been going to her for years. She's quick and almost always does a great job (we're human, we make mistakes). I get my feet and nails done every 2-3 wks. for under $100 (Acrylic overlay and gel polish). I'm always a satisfied customer.
Hanah is amazing. I told her what I wanted and she went above and beyond. This is the only place I go. I love the service and she delivers everytime ????
The manicurist was not friendly and was kind of pushy about wanting me to get gel polish. She didn't look or talk to me during the manicure.
They didn't really listen to what I wanted. I came in with my boyfriend for valentines day, and I wanted a foot facial/massage and a simple manicure for the both of us. My boyfriend got the correct service, he enjoyed his manicure. I did not. The man who did my nails barely cleaned the dead skin off of my feet, barely any massage - which i wanted so much more than the stupid paint (i really never paint my nails). Ultimately very unhappy with the poor manicure. I'm never going here again.
