Another strength of the plaza is the presence of several service-oriented businesses. The UPS store provides shipping and mailing services, while Nature's Pet Market offers a range of pet products. These services cater to the needs of the community and add convenience for shoppers.
Parking is often an important consideration for shoppers, and Tolman Creek Plaza offers good parking facilities. This is particularly highlighted in the comment that mentions the good parking at Albertsons, one of the major stores in the plaza. Having ample parking spaces ensures that visitors can easily find a spot and have a stress-free shopping experience.
The plaza also receives praise for its well-maintained and attractive appearance. Several comments mention that the plaza is older but well-kept, giving it a nostalgic and enjoyable ambiance. This adds to the overall experience of shopping at Tolman Creek Plaza and makes it a pleasant environment for visitors.
One comment mentions the presence of aggressive panhandling and yelling threats, which is a potential weakness of the plaza. This type of behavior can make shoppers feel uncomfortable and unsafe, potentially deterring them from visiting. It is important for the management of Tolman Creek Plaza to address this issue and ensure the safety and well-being of its patrons.
Another potential weakness is the limited variety of stores in the plaza. While there are a handful of options for dining, shopping, and services, some visitors may prefer a wider range of choices. I'd say it's picking up. I'm in to supporting businesses there. Just keep the aggressive panhandling away. And the yelling threats at passersby from said group. No one should feel afraid to go to the grocery store.
