Not a great experience! Only 2 staff they had a huge queue, deliveroo orders and the guy making drinks look liked he was drunk!!

I asked about the eggnog drink as needed to check to make sure it was gf. The lady had to check a tablet , surly the staff should know ! She didn't have a clue she said it has egg and milk in it , is that OK!!!???? Its gluten ( wheat / barley etc you need to be looking for , absolutely shocking, clearly no staff training quite dangerous really .

Was served by ari very unprofessional service saw her on her phone and smoking before she came over in a huff to serve customers not before asking every other member of staff that were clearly very busy if they could do it. Very disappointed I’m surprised people want to work beside her. She clearly doesn’t enjoy her job and doesn’t want to be there.

The worst customer service. It is forbidden to get hot water in my own cup just because I didn't order something at that time. Eventhough I come and order here and at other branches many times. Got my hot water anytime at any other branches, but not this one. Just a shame..

The people working here would make you feel as appreciated as possible. The location is really nice and the service quick and excellent. Great experience even if you are a rookie in coffees or a nearly barista!
