Quick Facts About Starbucks Coffee

Starbucks has a reputation for providing quality coffee and a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy it. The comments above reflect both the strengths and weaknesses of the Starbucks Coffee place in question.
One strength highlighted is the friendly and polite staff. Customers appreciate the positive attitude of the employees, even when they may be tired from working long hours. This kind of customer service can help to create a welcoming environment and keep customers coming back. Additionally, the staff is praised for their ability to handle busy periods and maintain a level of attentiveness even when the store is bustling with customers.
Another strength mentioned is the variety of food options available. Starbucks is known for offering a range of snacks and treats to accompany their beverages. The comment about the gluten-free panini shows that Starbucks is also catering to customers with specific dietary needs, which can help to attract a wider customer base.
The presence of background music is also seen as a strength. Customers appreciate that the music is not obnoxiously loud, allowing them to enjoy their coffee and potentially use Starbucks as a place to relax or collect their thoughts. This creates a more enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
The store's location and spaciousness are also mentioned as positive aspects. Being located on an upper floor of the mall near other popular stores like Next allows for increased foot traffic and potential customers. The seating options both inside and on the concourse provide customers with choices and flexibility in terms of where they can enjoy their coffee.
On the other hand, there are also some weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer mentions that Starbucks is expensive, highlighting the perception that Starbucks coffee is pricier compared to other establishments. This can be seen as a weakness for customers who are price-sensitive or looking for more affordable options.
Another weakness mentioned is the busy nature of the store, particularly on weekends. While this may be a positive aspect for some, others may prefer a less crowded environment when enjoying their coffee. This can be seen as a weakness for Starbucks, as it may deter potential customers who are seeking a quieter experience.
Additionally, one comment mentions the "absolutely appalling service," with customers receiving incorrect or incomplete orders. This highlights a weakness in the store's ability to consistently deliver accurate and complete orders to customers. This kind of poor service can negatively impact the overall customer experience and lead to dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, Starbucks Coffee place in Festival Place has several strengths including friendly staff, a nice range of food options, a comfortable atmosphere, and a convenient location. However, there are also weaknesses such as the perception of high prices, busy periods, and occasional poor service. By addressing these weaknesses, Starbucks can further enhance the overall customer experience and solidify its position as a top coffee place.

Lecker aber teuer.
Has a nice range of food on offer and not had any issues with wrong drinks. Staff are friendly, however can get extremely busy on the weekends so I prefer to go in on the weekdays.
I always appreciate that music is playing in the background but it’s more chill and not obnoxiously loud if there isn’t many customers. Some folks like to come in and collect their thoughts rather than feel like they are in a club.
Staff do a really good job - they were really polite to us even though I am sure they were tired. Starbucks stays open longer on a Sunday then any of the other coffee chains in the complex.
Had a lovely coffee here last Saturday, staff were very friendly and nice to finally see a place that does gluten free panini.
Starbucks Coffee in Festival Place
This branch is located on upper floor of the mall near Next and is quite spacious inside - there’s also a seating area on the concourse which is where we prefer to sit.
There was queue when we arrived but Lovely lady working there on Sunday made the 'cafe time' a little more great and she has a great customers service skills. Our drinks and snacks were what you’d expect and it was quite pleasant to rest our feet for 20mins or so before moving on.
Absolutely appalling service - very few customers getting the correct order or orders were incomplete. One operative behind the till clearly didn’t know how to make the drinks. One member of staff went off shift in the middle of sorting out an already incomplete order and didn’t pass the problem over to another member of staff. This is a diabolical way to treat your customers.
This is my favourite Starbucks. Not because of the food and atmosphere as that's is standard Starbucks template. It's the staff. Every time, no matter how busy, they are always happy and attentive. Maybe copy paste the management and staffing style for other Starbucks locations.
Great, lots of seating. Busy. Quality as you'd expect of a Starbucks.
