Awful service!! Was told 50minutes, still nothing after 2 hours. We got a call 2 hours and 20minutes after we ordered to say our food was at our doorstep!! It was cold, no doorbell was rang. Then said no refund until they collect the cold food back lol

Food always good, great service over phone and always on time

Absolutely shocking service tonight! My daughter placed an order but only half it came. Called the shop to ask what happened and the manager said that they would send the rest out, after waiting another hour (two hours after first ordering) we called the shop to cancel but the rude manager refused to refund the items. A delivery driver turned up later with the rest of it but we refused at the door because it

had taken so long and after another call to the shop the woman actually started arguing with me then hanging up. I have paid £40 for a munchie box and chips ????????????
