This place never seems to get it right - there’s always a mistake with the drink order; whether that be size of drink or specific instructions. I foolishly keep giving it a second chance but it’s beyond redemption for me now.
The interior is always dirty - leftover food on the floor and dirty dishes left on tables for a prolonged period of time.
This Starbucks is by far my favourite, & ive been visiting them for over 20yrs!! They staff are amazing, service is impeccable!! & they always take the time to ask you how ur day is!! Luv these guys they r the best!! So visit them @ the dalmarnock branch.
Use this Starbucks literally every other day, best Starbucks I've ever been to, staff are all friendly, always have my order within minutes, and the best part they make the best frappucinos ever, tried other Starbucks but this one is my favourite by a mile.
Went into Starbucks on a busy Sunday afternoon, Kelsey served me and my friend and her service was brilliant, got our drinks quick, she was lovely!
The service in Starbucks Rutherglen is always outstanding! Even when I was served on a very busy afternoon, my drink was still made to perfection and Kelsey, who served me, was so lovely and welcoming!
The coffee shop was extremely dirty.Tables not cleaned.Floors and chairs filthy. Toilets not clean.Young man with glasses gave good customer service but that's the only good thing I can say about my visit.Will not be back.Does not deserve the one star.
