I was looking for Stew as many people say he is great with little’s. I didn’t have time to go to their second location so I accepted the lady at the front who ended up being amazing with my 3 year old that gets nervous easily. I don’t remember her name but I will go back.

When I get my hair cut, I also expect some level of customer service and staff engagement. Been going here for a long time, today, I walk in, 4 people waiting, one barber. No acknowledgement like "Hello" or "Please sign the wait list"....nothing. Sat down, waited and when the staff continued to ignore me and the waiting customers, I left.
Unfortunate.

We have gone here a few times now. My teen son chooses to go here now, said never sport clips again. The ladies listen to and do just what he wants. He’s picky. I prefer it because it’s quicker.
I brought my son in for a basic hair cut. When walking in the women working didn’t say anything, not even hello? Finally after standing there for a couple minutes one of them told us to sign in. I asked for a simple fade and the women did a very poor job. It was uneven and choppy to the point that we had to fix it when we got home. Super disappointing since we had loved Stews in the past.
