Quick Facts About Style Nails & Spa
Style Nails & Spa has a primarily positive reputation, with many customers praising the outstanding services and craftsmanship offered by the salon. Lucy, in particular, is highly recommended by a customer named Bev, implying that she is skillful and provides excellent service. The high demand for appointments suggests that the salon is popular and trusted by customers.
However, the negative comments reveal some weaknesses of Style Nails & Spa. One customer had a terrible experience where the manicurist burned and cut them during the appointment. The lack of hygiene practices, such as handwashing after handling food, was also mentioned. This incident reflects poorly on the attention to detail and overall professionalism of the staff.
Another customer expressed that their beautician seemed more concerned with accommodating walk-ins rather than delivering quality service. This suggests that the salon may prioritize quantity over quality, which can result in rushed or subpar services. Additionally, the customer mentioned that the dip manicure they received was thin, and the manicurist did not properly shape the nails, leaving them with sharp ends. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and a potential inconsistency in the quality of services provided by the staff.
Despite these negative experiences, other customers expressed satisfaction with their services at Style Nails & Spa. One customer praised the detailed work of the young man who did their nails, emphasizing their dedication to perfection. Another customer enjoyed a relaxing and pampering experience during their visit, with the additional mention of high-quality products used by the salon. These positive reviews highlight some of the strengths of Style Nails & Spa, including attention to detail, skilled staff members, and a luxurious experience.
However, a significant concern raised by multiple customers is the inconsistency in service quality. One customer received a poorly done full set of acrylic nails that were not properly sized or applied, resulting in a messy and lumpy appearance. Another customer complained about their manicurist, who denied any mistakes and displayed a lack of willingness to correct an uneven design. These instances suggest a lack of consistency and professionalism within the salon, as some staff members may not meet the expected standards.
In summary, Style Nails & Spa possesses several strengths, including skilled staff members like Lucy, a clean and organized environment, and the use of high-quality products. However, the salon also has weaknesses, such as occasional poor service quality, inconsistency in attention to detail, and instances of unprofessional behavior. These weaknesses should be considered by potential customers who are seeking a reliable and reputable nail salon.

I took my kids to Barnes and Noble thought I would get my nails done while I am out. I stood at the door for a few minutes until they decided they could see me. A guy finished a ladies feet then comes to the table. I hoped he washed his hands when he walked to the back to go talk and grab a bite of food. This experience was horrible I couldn't wait to get out of there that Man was so rough! He burned me twice the cut me so deep blood was dripping out! You know he didn't even stop to put something on it! He says something in their language and she said put alcohol on it! Seriously! I asked for a coffin shape that I always get he told me he would do square for me that's not what I ask for! He did the Ugliest thick square nails I hate them and I have a very painful cut that I'm watching for infection. They got gel polish all over my cut as if it wasn't there. One of the ladies offered to fix my nails but after that experience would you give them the chance to hurt you more?! I paid 50$ for the worst nails I've ever had in my life!!
Very clean environment. Service was very welcoming, but my beautician seemed more concern with getting more walk-ins settled. It was very busy, friday-sundays are very busy. The quality wasn't the best but okay. I got a dip manicure, very thin and ends are sharp.
I got a fill and gel pedicure here and it was all awesome. Great massage with pedicure, the lady really worked to get the calluses off. The young man who did my nails was the BEST. He was so detailed and made sure every nail was perfect. I love my new nails.
The place looks super new and everything is clean and organized. I saw the reviews on here and figured I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did, I found my new favorite salon! Highly recommend.
The best manicure and pedicure ive ever had. Jenny and Kim were wonderful, took their time, we’re gentle and kind. I’ve never felt so relaxed and pampered at a nail salon. And the products they used were very high quality. Wonderful experience
Honestly, not the best. The lady I had, not sure of her name, did everything in a weird way. She didn’t size the nail tips before gluing them on, she just kinda picked one and put it on, so some of them didn’t fit the best. She worked the acrylic in sections instead of over the whole nail which makes my nails look and feel lumpy, she also didn’t take the acrylic all the way to the sides or to the cuticle so I look like I need a fill in already. She painted almost none of my nails all the way to the edge or to the cuticle and the nails just look messy. Some of the cutting and filing has my nails looking slightly crooked and off and on my thumb you can still see the natural nail. I feel bad because the lady was super sweet but for as much as I paid the nails were not worth it. It was hard to showcase some of the issues in pictures but for my first full set in a while I’m not happy at all.
I had a pedicure and a dip removal for my hands. When removing the dip she used the drill file so intensely that there are painful dents in my natural finger nails. I told her multiple times she was hurting me. I should’ve just stopped her and called the manager. My nails are so weak they hurt anytime I touch anything. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had.
This would be 4 stars but a star is knocked off due to the experience with the manicurist. I am extremely appreciative of the front staff and pedicurist that were welcoming and did a great job but my manicurist was quite literally the worst both in quality of work and service.
I went with a regular manicure. I requested a design and she said all she could do was a flower. Totally fine. But then when she did the flower( the simple white dots) one of the "petals" was not uniform with the rest. She kept denying that it didn't look right then grumbled about having to re paint my nail. I was so fed up with her denying she did anything wrong and it was just the color of the paint over and over again. I just asked her to paint it and to forget the design since she seemed like it was to much for her.
From the looks of it the salon has many talented nail artists and a many happy regulars. Maybe the service was lacking since I didn't choose gel or acrylic but either way it's no excuse.
