I got a really bad haircut and she charged me $70 for a haircut. She washed and blow dried my hair. I think it over priced for the quality of haircut and service. I can’t wait for my hair to grow back. I hate my look and hair right now
Have been going here for some time. Every time I've left with the perfect haircut. She really is talented and takes her time. I've been to a few places and left disappointed before I found Son Lam.

Lo Ann is forceful about her own ideas, pushes her agenda and doesn’t listen to her customers.
I came in for partial babylights and layers. I showed her pictures of the color and I wanted to achieve it by bleaching and tone. I also requested the technique of dimensional foiling so it’s a blended look. Lo Ann gives her input of what she thought would be better for me and claiming that it would achieve the same look, even reassuring me that she would pay me instead if it wasn’t the same. She then highlights my hair a light orange/brown color rather bleach and tone, a full highlight rather than partial and that she uses her own foiling technique because the foiling technique I requested was an “old technique”. I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I DIDN’T, an orange/brown color and streaky highlights. When I asked her to refund the money so I can get it fixed somewhere else who will listen to me, she said no because in her opinion, my hair looked nice. And if I wanted to redo it, she’ll just charge me again
So you’ve been fairly warned. Save your hair and money and FIND SOME PLACE ELSE.
Been going here for a bit and always had a good experience getting a haircut here. Reasonable prices and the hair wash after is always appreciated.
Long due review! Had gone for a hair cut in Feb and was more than satisfied with the service. LoAn is very knowledgeable and has good amount of experience. She gave suggestions on how to style my hair as she washed and massaged my hair before the cut. As English is not her first language, people might think of her being rude, but she really is not. She took time to cut and style my hair and even showed me how to quickly style it later on - which has been very helpful! I have been getting nice compliments for the haircut. Highly recommend LoAn and I'm glad i found my go-to hair stylist!
LoAn is the best :) I badly needed a haircut due to thinning hair and I told her I want it as short as possible (a boy cut), showed her pictures of how I wanted it and she said "forget about the pictures, you wouldn't like what I'll say but it won't suit you. After this haircut though (the one she recommended), you gonna like it". And sure I did :) listen and trust the expert. When it comes to hair style, it's LoAn.
I've had both nails and hair done at LoAn's and she is always great! I've made appointments but also been seen as a walk in. I love that they are open on Sundays as during the week, my job and commute make it difficult to get stuff done. Parking at the times I've gone has never been a problem. Everyone there is friendly and sweet, including some of the other customers I've interacted with. A great place to go and with great results!
