I've been going here for a little over a year. I go every two weeks to get the SNS dip powder on my nails and I just started a couple of months ago getting pedicures. I've never had a bad experience. Linda is my go to person now!! She always does a fantastic job!! And if I find something new that I want to try she's always down to try it!!

I absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere, the people, and the products are all so relaxing and amazing! Linda does my nails but everyone is so sweet and welcoming! The Deluxe Pedicure is one of my favorite things...it is the best treat for yourself...you will not regret it! The pedicure chairs are so nice and elegant and I almost fall asleep every time I sit in them!! ???????? Go see them!!

Nail tech kept changing the price while I try to get gel polish for my two daughters' And young girl was very rude and when waited to tell the manager nobody seem to want to come forward. I would not recommend at all. Looks nice but service is not up to par.

This used to be my favorite place. They have hired some very rude employees. Old Man assisted me and was upset because I couldn't hold my foot like he asked. I have tendinitis in my ankle and it was uncomfortable. He then started to talk about me in his language not knowing that I could understand him. The other older lady that worked there then demanded him to be nice. Although I'll miss Stacy and Stephen I won't be back. My toes look like a 2 year old painted them and I'm disappointed.

The tech who did my pedicure tried pushing me to get a $45.00 pedicure and I stated what I wanted, immediately her she was upset. She began to handle my toes rough, I had to tell her lighten up and lastly, I asked why I didn’t get a massage, she said,” you didn’t ask for one.”, “you need to come every week or two weeks!”

I understand that they’re trying techniques to push a more expensive service but to be unprofessional and angry with me is not the way!

I’ve tried so many nail salons, and none measure up. Wendy is the best! I always ask ahead for her, and it’s wonderful to go someplace where they know and remember you. I moved last year and tried several closer salons, but they were all horrible experiences. It’s worth the time to drive to Trussville. I can count on my French gel manicure to last 3 weeks easy. They are always so friendly, and they truly bend over backwards to help. I’ve never had anything less than an A+ experience. Prices are very reasonable, I've even brought my daughters several times for mani and pedis. Now they’ve expanded to doing eyelashes and facials. Highly recommend.

Horrible Horrible experience!!! I took my niece to the salon 6/30 for a polish and design for her birthday. I was directed to a young lady who was obviously new (due to her lack of knowledge). So when we asked for a simple design she stated someone else in the shop will have to do it because she did not know how. Issue #1, she did not put the base coat on after she did the French tips, Issue# she polised over the White tips with a colored base the stained the polish, Issue #3 she was forced by the owner to do a design she did not know how to do. Since my niece is only a child, we opted for a simple flower, which turned into a 30min job. When she completed the job, she said you do not have to pay for the design. No one assisted my niece to the area to dry. The owner/guy the asked the tech how much to charge and she said 10.00 because the design was messed up. He told me 13.00 and walked over to look at her nails. When I repeated what she said, he states no 13.00 for the design. They have horrible service and they are RUDE!!!!! This was my first and LAST time. Try MODEL NAILS in MCCALLA, AL or HOOVER, AL--they are the Best!!!!!!!!
