I got a haircut with Lily at Sunny City Beauty Salon! I asked for a v cut with layers and brought a photo reference. Lily did such an amazing job and had such great attention to detail. I cannot recommend her enough, especially since the whole haircut and wash was only $28.

I recently just had 2 visits here and I’m absolutely in love with my entire new transformation. The first visit I had a dry cut on a medium length hair. My hairstylist Lily made sure to trim a little bit each time and consulting with me before cutting more to make sure I’m satisfied with my hair length. She even gave me a discount, she charged the haircut for $22 when it’s originally $25.

My second visit was just yesterday, I asked for a curl perm on my very straight hair. She performed an amazing work on my hair. I really appreciated that she really took her time on my hair to give me the best curl perm I could ever have asked for and it was the first time I ever did a perm too. My perm was priced at a very reasonable price for just $100 when I spent 3Hrs there, Lily also gave me a free trim at the bottom before my perm to make sure I get a perfect puff curl perm to my hair. Lily is the best hairstylist you could ever ask for, she takes her time to perform her talents and skills on every customer she has, she also ensures that her customers are always satisfied at all times. She’s the sweetest, she makes you feel very comfortable and she always performs exactly what you ask for on your hair.

I highly recommend this hair salon to everyone if you’re local in the Chinatown area, this salon prices everything at a very reasonable price and the environment is very clean and organized, staff are very nice and they’re very gentle with your hair. Hair washes also comes with a very nice gentle, and soothing massage to your scalp. ????????????????

Clean, cheap and friendly. Perms for old short haired ladies ranges from $70 to $90. Plus another $10 for i dunno what. Tip was $10 for the stylist and $5 for the hairwasher.

I have been getting my hair cut by Lily for the past year and I was so excited to see that she moved into this bigger salon. She is absolutely the best - incredibly meticulous in asking throughout the haircut to make sure I receive the best experience. The price is also unbeatable ($22!) Everyone always thinks I went to a high end salon.

I've been going here for the last 5 years and it's never more than $15 for a haircut. The only difference with this and Supercuts is it looks like a professional cut with a blowout included!

Edit: they've tipped themselves when I handed a $100 bill which I did not notice until walking out the salon. Which is kind of obscene to me because I tipped Mei (stylist) 20% on top of the bills she decided to already take from me discreetly. For this reason I usually carry smaller bills but this was a result of my own lack of paying attention. Will be still coming here but for this I will be deducting 2 stars.

I decided to cut my 3 year old hair short yesterday to donate it and they were all so lovely. Tan, my hairdresser, was so helpful and professional.

My favorite hair salon in Chinatown. I appreciate how the stylists wear masks; more careful than salons uptown. Lily is the best! Nice, smart and a talented hairdresser. Good prices, too!
