They had on display two wigs (32.99 & 34.99) that were the exact same but it was a $2 difference in price. I asked why is there a price difference when they are the same wigs? I was told "it just is",and "I don't know". I said let me find a different one. When I returned and decided on the one I wanted and asked where was the other wig the lady said I put it back on the shelf. I said ok and went to get it to take both to the front to discuss the price difference with the manager. When I found the other wig they changed the price to $36.99. I said it's sad that they would take the price up four more dollars on a wig that's been on display probably since they opened. I will suggest that if you find the same product with different prices take pics first hold on to both so they can't change the price before u buy it.

Y’all need to do something about that short black older cashier lady that always be there. She is always rude as f***!!! You greet her and she never greets back. Saying stuff under her breath but she is only friendly to certain customers she know. PLEASE GET SOMEBODY ELSE!! She is unnecessarily RUDE!!

I genuinely care about where I spend my money. I got here at 7:45 and the lady at the door stated they were closed...I just needed one pack of braiding hair. But on their door it states 8pm and then the Lady was rude about it. If you want to spend your money long term go to Ocean Beauty Supply Or Chapel Beauty and it’s worth every penny with good customer service ????

Huge store, great selection. Service is less than satisfactory. Workers are not helpful or pleasant. The store is clean but a bit junkie. Convenient location.

Huge store with a lot of products. None of the workers are friendly at all. Black cashier won’t even speak and ALWAYS talking to her self. Will not return.

You have to watch the register when checking out. The item price rings up a totally different price when checking out. Overall I love the products offered.

If you are thinking about going to another beauty supply store GO THERE!!!! You never know if they are going to close early or open late. VERY UNRELIABLE
