Hands down, the best pedicure in Pinellas County. They are always able to squeeze me in, even with no appointment. These guys always do a bang up job on my nails, and the customer service is out of this world! They helped me celebrate my mom's birthday, and even gifted me some unique tea for Christmas. If you're looking for a new nail place, I *promise* the staff here does NOT disappoint!
I have been here in the past and going back I wasn’t please, I was pushed for up charges left and right and in the end not happy with my full set, I showed a exact picture of what I wanted and my nails were too wide and uneven.

I’ve been going to this salon for years. Yesterday’s visit was a complete failure. My husband and I went for pedicures and it started out nicely. Unfortunately, when it came time to do my polish other patrons had come and the boss instructed me to leave the massage chair and sit a mani table. She then instructed an employee who had started helping a patron with her mani color to paint my toes NOW. This resulted in him sitting on the floor- where I couldn’t see him or my feet- to do my toes. The other patron left- she was obviously upset. As I moved my chair to observe the young man doing my toes, it was obvious that the color he was using was not what I had selected.

Love getting my nails done here! They really take the time and effort to make them look perfect and meet your needs. Totally worth the price as well! Everyone is extremely friendly and I always go back
It is important to have an attitude of kindness in us, that allows us to empathize with the customers' needs. Today I was subjected to “push marketing”. I was being sold services that I did not want or need. The nail tech rolled her eyes, was not courteous and when I was getting ready to leave said " do not come back". She was upset because I was not willing to buy the more expensive pedicure. So I will not be back. It brakes my heart because my experiences with the other nail tech was great. But, I understand that my business is not wanted here. Customer Service goes beyond offering customers a soda or bottle of water. Please train your staff. Times are tough and you cannot afford to lose good paying customers.
I went here yesterday to get my nails done I probably go once or twice a year so I decided to go for my birthday which is this weekend. I told the girl doing my nails that I just want to basic acrylic nothing special and no special paint or design when she gave me my check it was $70. When I asked her why it was so expensive she acted like she didn’t understand me and I didn’t speak English. I still tipped her well because I am that kind of person and I would never do that to somebody but I will never use this business again because they’re not upfront with their customers. Really really poor customer service if you ask me and I feel like I got ripped off I will never be back in here
I'm using my husband's google account for this review. I was in town from Chicago and got a no-chip manicure at this Asian salon. My daughter and I saw no sanitation practices. My daughter left the salon with one hand painted darker than the other. She went back in to get it fixed. A different woman worked on her and instead of just fixing the color, she filed down my daughter's nails. She was so upset because she lost a lot of length. It has been one week and my nails are chipping and my daughter has a toe infection. I don't understand how this place has good reviews, Floridians must have lower standards.I called the salon and the manager called me back in a timely fashion but ultimately did not help. He wanted us to come back, but we don't live there plus it is very dirty and I would never return. I sent a photo of my nails and asked for a partial refund. Another thing they do here is jack up the service prices. Almost bullied me into getting my brows done that day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
