I've been going to Jenny for almost 2 years now. And she never disappoints! I bring her inspiration pictures and she gets them every single time, the service they're all around is absolutely amazing from manicures to pedicures. And their line of products are fantastic! They have every single color and they always make sure that the items that are used are fully sanitized. Highly recommend!!!
Made an appointment for a basic manicure. They got me seated quickly and seemed off to a good start. The gentleman doing my nails seemed rushed and also wasn’t wearing gloves during the service. I realized once he sent me to get my nails dried, he was off to get started on a full mani pedi client that I’m sure was a higher paying customer than me and obviously a higher priority. I sat at the hand dryer for 12 minutes, waiting for someone to tell me I was done or assist me to pay. After I got their attention and asked if I was good to go, I was told to yes just a moment and then sat for another 5 minutes. When the woman called me over to pay, I showed her the state of my hands, the edges covered with polish that was left behind without a second thought. She called him back over to address this and he had to stop his current pedicure to do so. Not impressed, nails are uneven, still left over polish on my skin, and could’ve done the same work myself for a lot cheaper. Will not be going back.
My Mother in Law and I were in town looking for a basic manicure and pedicure. Made an appoint appointment within the hour and we ended up going for the Jelly Spa Pedicure when we arrived. Such relaxation in a matter of minutes. They are very nice, welcoming and over all a great atmosphere. We haven’t gotten to the manicure but I am so impressed that I just couldn’t wait to write this review 100% would recommend.
Very nice service, went on Valentine’s day to get these heart nails. Showed them what I wanted and she said no problem and did even better than the picture. Took a total of almost 2 hours for this full set with the nail art and everything. Really nice people, she gave me a hand massage with a hot towel at the end of the manicure, not a lot of other places do that. Total cost was $70 but I had to tip my girl (didn’t catch her name) a lil more for her dedication to the look. Thanks again.
The staff is very kind, and the shop is clean. Ashely does fantastic acrylic! She pays attention to detail and can tell she takes pride in her work. I’m visiting from out of town and haven’t been able to find a good nail place until now.

I did my nails at this spa before attending a family member wedding. The wedding was held at a beach. I was in water every day. Fortunately, the nails were not damaged at all. Lan is a Great technician with beautiful design skills . Definitely will visit again for Christmas.
I have never experienced such horrible service at a nail salon. I originally went there to get a pedicure and a fill in on my nails but after how horrible the predicate was I left. The nail tech on my pedicure had no experience, absolutely rude, continued to put the drill over my nail onto my skin after me informing her of doing so, slapped the hot towel on my legs and left my feet sitting in cold water even after I mentioned to her that the water was cold. I was at this nail salon for 2.5 hours and I still did not receive a proper pedicure. I originally went based off of the reviews but once I was leaving I was informed that the company is under new management and those were all new workers. So the name, number along with the reviews are all false advertisement. It is safe to say that I will NEVER return there for any service what so ever.
This is by far the best gel manicure I have had in Kissimmee Very professional, friendly, clean and great value. It's worth a try here. Highly recommend the Passion Nails Lounge.
