I was very happy with LaRuby's service! They were kind enough to add my puppy in as a walk-in, which is HARD these days with most groomers being booked weeks out and not willing to add any open spots for walk-ins!!! They were friendly, service didn't take too long and she came back smelling amazing and looking exactly how I wanted her, ponytail and all!!! I even received a new bow&bandana with her service. I noticed doggy dye and other products I'd like to request in the future! Happy pup and mommy

Although they weren't there at the posted time, and there was no sign when I was looking for the building( cars were blocking addresses). Once they got there & I dropped off my dog it was very smooth. My dog looked great. Price was good.
They f up my Yorkie hair cut this the second time last week they open at nine am tell you to bring ur pet and then still haven't cut there hair at 4pm well if you drop ur pet off am only two dogs there why so long to cut there hair my twinkle not going back there no more.
This place is a hidden gem!!! My groomer moved out of state and it's been a struggle finding someone to take special care for my fur babies. Great grooming done here!! They went above and beyond grooming my hyper, not so friendly baby and they enjoyed grooming my super calm, loving baby. They took the bitter with the sweet and both came out looking fabulous!!! Thanks ladies!
I love the way they groom my little dog. However, I've been told that she's difficult and has always been difficult, and they wonder with the quality of her life why I'm hanging onto her. You see she's 20 years old. She was stepped on years ago and had to have a couple of vertebrae removed and her legs won't always hold her up, so she drags them. But when she had the surgery I was told she couldn't walk and to have a wagon built for her back legs. My vet says she's in good health, just old, and as long as she's eating and drinking and not in pain, she's fine. Which brings me back to LA Ruby's. When I left their shop I was crying, feeling guilty that I had burdened them with my little dog. I had been feeling animosity before this visit to the point that I called and asked if I had offended them. I won't take my little dog back. Their grooming is good but if you have to be shamed and or humiliated because they think differently, well there are other groomers. I would have respected it if they had told me before that she was difficult rather than continuing to take my money and blind side me.
If you love your dog do not take your dog there this place is very unprofessional they are slow they run it like a concentration camp real talk the owner is Disrespectful
Been going to LaRuby’s for approximately five years, but one of the Caucasian ladies in the shop yesterday, August 13, 2022, which was a healthy lady who wore glasses and I’m only describing her because I did not get her name, but she told me in a very rude and an unprofessional manner that my dog was going to die because he has a rash and an infection she was very rude, her tone was horrible towards me. And she blurred it out loud instead of speaking to me in private. Now is that professional????????♀️ I really wish they had a corporate office so I could report the rudeness that I was given. But I won’t be returning because of her ill manners!
