Esta buena la comida !!!!! Y los precios van de acuerdo a lo que pides...!!!! Aceptable el lugar....
I've been going here for almost 20 years and the carne asada is trash. Tons of unchewable meat. The al pastor is flavorless. All around bad. I will not be eating here anymore.
Drive thru is usually busy but wait time is not too long.. Mini churros were good, they tasted fresh but they had way too much cinnamon sugar.. They also offer soyrizo as a meat option.
This doesn't even deserve a star.
This establishment has by far the worst employee communication.
Employee gave me a false name, not one but two employees.
I was given the wrong order and came back that same night for my food and was told by Ashley that she couldn't do anything for me they are closed and out of food. To come back tomorrow.
So I called the next day on my lunch break to complain but the manager was no were to be found. I spoke to Emanuel and said he would give me nachos for the inconvenience. He was really nice and made me feel like he understood my frustration.
I get to the drive thru speaker and it did not go well. Employee did not want to give me his name and was raising his voice and speaking over me. Unpolite, rude did not care about my situation. He claimed no one here by the name of Ashley or Emanuel works here and he was not aware of this situation.
I get to the window and he gives me my food and said his name is Francisco. He was claimed down and understanding at the time.
My main concern was, it was not fault I was given the wrong order and came back and was told "I can't do anything for you" by far the worst customer service. It's not my fault I was given fake names by your employees or the bad communication your establishment has.
And to top it off Francisco was the man who gave me the wrong order to begin with.
Please train your employees better and change your communication skills with the customers.
By far the worst experience I have experienced. Red flag ????
Delicious food. I always order to go, however, I constantly not receive my order correct. Five times or so they have gotten the order wrong. Either an order of something, whether it is tacos or a torta is missing. And when I order churros, I sometimes order the small ones and they give me the large one. Or I order the one with toffee filling and they give me the regular one. I understand that it is my responsibility to check, and I do. But them cooking and checking the food is part of their job too. Also, I can't physically count the tacos since they're wrapped in aluminum foil, and I can't physically check the churro until I bite into it (especially when the churro is not mine). There needs to be some accountability on their part. I have let them know before but they do nothing about it. They consistently getting orders wrong is the reason why I'm giving them a 1-star rating. I hope they change their ways.
Love there burritos and tacos ???????????? keep up the good work . The churros need some improvement but the food is delicious,I love to eat it in the weekends .
I went through the drive thru and tried my fake chorizo taco in the car. It was so good I had to drive back through for another.
When I can go there I enjoy their tacos and their quesadillas and their fries well done I will always go back
