Horrible service!!! I had to ask twice to even out my nails and to clean around. Nails full of bubbles and sticker full of air bubbles under, paint job is horrible and messy. Sticker is lifting and i just left the place. Brought it to the owners attention and he said it’s ok to just not come back. Please do not waste your money! The place is super overpriced for a horrible service. This is the third time i try with a different nail tech each time for emergencies due to my nail tech not having appts available and every time it gets worse.
Got my nails done on Monday, paid $75 for all my nails to be crooked and uneven. Came back Tuesday to have MINDY, who did my nails Monday, fix them and they still look crooked, I told her multiple times that they are still crooked and all she did was sand them down and replace one nail, I was angry I left. I came back later that night to have her remove them entirely and they said it was too late so come today.
November 24th, Wednesday, my BIRTHDAY MIND YOU, had one of the rude managers tell me because I said they were fine the first two times I had to pay $15 to get them removed, talking about how the products aren’t free. You think I want to come not 1 not 2 but THREE days in a row to get these unfixable nails fixed?
First off, NOT ONLY did one of their techs mess up, they charged me a total of $90 on these ugly nails.
I’ve put over $600 into there services over the years and THIS has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had.
I don’t recommend you going and wasting your money here.
I highly don’t recommend and I will not be going back.
I’ve been for a while searching for a great and affordable nail salon .. and WOW!! This place is amazing, I am so happy with the results and the service received. I highly recommend this salon.
I have gone to this location multiple times! Finally found someone named Mindy within the salon that is amazing. I went in today to get my nails done and asked for Mindy. The male manager said she’s not here and I have no idea when she will be in. He never took his eyes off his phone that was playing a gaming video. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not be back. It’s unfortunate for the good employees that are within the salon. (Homestead location)
Kelly does the best French pink and whites! They last and look great for weeks! So happy I found someone that does an amazing job on nails! Will only be going to her from now on.
I went to put eyelashes extensions, they fell off the
next day. I was suppose to go to a wedding and half of my extensions were gone. Reading all the bad reviews I shouldve of known. .and the answers management gives to the reviews are
insulting and really bad customer service. Instead of making things better that alone will not make me go back ever.
the workers were very kind and it was my first time getting a design done and i was very pleased. the lady who did my nails was very understanding and patient. will be going again :)
Extreme lyrics overpriced. $95 for dip mani and gel pedi. The guy even charged me to cut my cuticles. My nails are quite short and it’s not like I requested for anything special.
