Quick Facts About Tango Nails
Tango Nails has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, which provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. Below, we will analyze these comments to gain a comprehensive understanding.
One of the recurring strengths highlighted by customers is the skill and artistry of Linda, a nail technician at Tango Nails. A customer named Rebekkah praised Linda's work, stating that she has been going to Tango Nails for over 10 years without any complaints. This remark emphasizes Linda's experience and expertise in creating beautiful nails and toenails. Linda's consistent performance suggests that she is able to deliver excellent results consistently, which is a significant strength of Tango Nails.
Additionally, some customers have commended the friendly and respectful staff at Tango Nails. One customer expressed their love for the place and mentioned that the staff has been friendly for years. This positive feedback highlights the establishment's customer service and the welcoming atmosphere it provides. A friendly staff can create a comfortable and pleasant experience for customers, contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty.
Reasonable prices have also been mentioned as a positive aspect of Tango Nails. A satisfied customer mentioned that the prices are reasonable and that they will not be going anywhere else. This suggests that Tango Nails offers competitive pricing, which appeals to customers seeking value for their money. Offering reasonable prices allows Tango Nails to attract and retain customers who may be cost-conscious.
However, there are some weaknesses apparent in the comments as well. One customer expressed frustration with the long wait times and lack of appointment options. They noted that they had been waiting for over an hour and observed others being taken before them despite having an appointment. Such instances can lead to customer dissatisfaction and frustration. Poor appointment management can negatively impact the overall customer experience and result in lost business.
Another significant weakness highlighted by a customer is the inconsistency in service and the need to pay extra for cuticle cutting. This feedback indicates that Tango Nails may not consistently provide essential services that are expected to be included in a manicure and pedicure treatment. Charging additional fees for standard procedures may give the impression that Tango Nails is trying to upsell services rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. In addition, a customer mentioned receiving poor nail design service, as the technician failed multiple attempts to recreate a simple letter "W". Inconsistencies and shortcomings in service can lead to dissatisfied customers and affect their decision to return.
Furthermore, the negative feedback regarding the quality of the nail service provided is another weakness highlighted in the comments. A customer reported issues such as uneven nail tips, different nail shapes, loose nails within a short period, and nails that extend over onto the skin. Such quality-related problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and proper application techniques, which can lead to dissatisfaction and a negative perception of Tango Nails' overall service quality.
In conclusion, Tango Nails has strengths in terms of skilled and experienced technicians, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. However, weaknesses lie in the areas of appointment management, inconsistent service, extra charges for essential procedures, and quality-related issues. Addressing these weaknesses can greatly improve the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Linda is an amazing nail technician/artist I’ve been going here for over 10years and I have zero complaints, Linda does beautiful nails and toenails, take a look at my most recent manicure and design by Linda!!! -Rebekkah
I used to love this place. Not so much today. I've waited over an 1 and they are taking an appointment before me. I know these people had an appointment at 5, I've been here since 330. NOT PLEASED. I WALKED OUT!!!
I been here maybe 3 times.. but the last time I went was the last straw!! First they charge extra to cut your cuticles which should be included in both a manicure and pedicure whether it’s regular, gel, dip, etc. that is apart of the procedure why should I have to pay extra? That’s ridiculous so I’ve never gotten my cuticles cut here. Then this last time I asked for a simple letter “W” the nail tech tried 3 times!!! And each time I was not happy, I even drew it out for her to mimic and she still couldn’t so she gave up and told me “No design” I said well let me try.. I did the design on MY OWN HAND & still had to pay!! I won’t be back.. Honestly the other lady is great her energy and conversation but the service needs to improve.
Mrs. Linda and the staff here are amazing! They do a great job, take their time, and are so kind! The prices are reasonable, I will not be going anywhere else!
Terrible establishment. Long time wait times with no options for appointments. I called and asked to soak my nails off. Sat and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they won’t because I got them done elsewhere. Why would that matter if I am removing them? Save your time and money and don’t bother patronizing this establishment.
My daughter and I got to Tango nails at 2:10pm to have ur nails one for a wedding the next day, but we had the rehearsal for a wedding at 5pm in Carrollton. They only had 3 people working with 3 people in chairs having nails done. So we would be next in line! But They ended up not getting done with our nails until 4:43(needless to say we ended up being late to the rehearsal). I didn't have time to tell him that I wasn't happy with my nails at all. Some of the nails have longer white tips then others, some are shaped different, some are longer then others, also the underneath part of one of the nails isn't even attached, some of the nails are starting to come up and it's only been 3 days, and some of the fake nails hang over onto my skin, he also never pushed back my cuticles, you can also see bubbles really bad.
This place was amazing. Miss Linda was very helpful with my nails she was very respectful. I would love to go back any time to get my nails done. It was not expensive for what I got done it was reasonably priced. Overall a very wonderful experience and would recommend it to anybody
I love this place. Staff is friendly. Been going here for years.
