Quick Facts About The Jaipur Spice

The Jaipur Spice has several strengths based on the comments. Firstly, the restaurant is praised for its freshly made dishes that are described as home cooked style food. This suggests that the food is of high quality and prepared with care, which is likely to be a positive aspect for customers who appreciate authentic and flavorful cuisine.
The comments also highlight the good service provided by the staff at The Jaipur Spice. Customers feel that there is no pressure to buy additional drinks or leave the premises, which creates a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Furthermore, the staff is described as friendly and helpful, which contributes to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.
Another strength of The Jaipur Spice is the cleanliness of the establishment. The comments mention that the restaurant is very clean, which is an important factor for many customers when choosing a place to dine. A clean and well-maintained environment creates a pleasant and hygienic experience for patrons.
Parking ease is also mentioned as a strength of The Jaipur Spice. Having readily accessible parking spaces is a convenience for customers, as it eliminates the stress and hassle of finding a parking spot nearby. This could attract more customers, especially those who rely on private transportation.
In terms of weaknesses, one comment mentions that the plates were chipped and that homemade chips could have been served instead of frozen ones. Chipped plates may imply a lack of attention to detail and could potentially affect the overall dining experience for customers who value presentation. Similarly, the suggestion of homemade chips over frozen ones indicates that there may be room for improvement in terms of the quality of ingredients used in some dishes.
Another comment mentions that the Aloo Gobi dish was disappointing due to the small portion size. Customers expect value for money when dining out, and being served a dish with only a few pieces of cauliflower and potato at a relatively high price could leave them feeling unsatisfied. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in portion sizes and pricing that need to be addressed.
The most concerning weakness highlighted in the comments is the complaint of prejudice treatment towards a special needs individual. This incident portrays the staff at The Jaipur Spice in a negative light and suggests a lack of empathy and understanding towards customers with disabilities. This can significantly impact the reputation of the restaurant and deter potential customers who value inclusivity and welcoming environments.
In conclusion, The Jaipur Spice has several strengths, such as freshly made dishes, good service, cleanliness, and easy parking. However, there are also some weaknesses, including chipped plates, frozen chips, inconsistent portion sizes, and a serious incident of prejudice treatment. Addressing these weaknesses and improving the overall dining experience would further enhance the reputation and appeal of The Jaipur Spice.

Best TL Reviews

Freshly made dishes and for me, home cooked style food. Service was very good and no pressure to buy more drinks of leave. The restaurant was very clean and parking easy.
Lovely food and friendly staff 1 couple of downside were our plates were chipped and could have done homemade chips instead of frozen but really good atmosphere
Best curry around. Its just beautiful. Tried about 25 different dishes since we started going here 8 months ago, I've not had a bad dish yet. Every meal has so much flavour to it. Couldn't recommend more.
Never been to Jaipur Spice before, recommend by a colleague to give it a try. Was not disappointed, excellent food and service, wide range for different tastes to choose from and great value. Staff very helpful . It's not a massive car park, but you can't have everything. Will be returning in the near future
Staying in Masham for the weekend. Was recommended the Jaipur so took it up.
Got to say.....one of the best south east Asian meals I have ever eaten. Booked for 6pm and was surprised to find the restaurant already half full at that time. Phone never stopped with take away orders. Highly recommended ????????
Again an excellent takeaway, the only negative point was the Aloo Gobi.£3.50 for 2 little pieces of cauliflower and 1 piece of potato which is the cheapest dish to prepare was very poor.
The overall experience was good just a shame about the side dish!!!
Disgraceful prejudice treatment given by staff at this restaurant!!!
My son who has special needs was taken by his carers, my son sat at an available table near a family who were already seated. A member of staff immediately approached and requested that my sons party move to a table away from the vicinity of this family. My son has limited comprehension and once he has chosen to sit it is difficult to move him, he just wants feeding!
The staff member then approached the family and offered to move them away, they initially declined stating that they did NOT have any issues but the staff member continuously approached them until they agreed to move, apparently to stop HIM pestering them rather than the proximity of my son being a problem.
When I was told of this situation I actually cried.
My son loves to eat out and he can be vocal in his enjoyment of it but the staff at this restaurant made a decision that his presence was unacceptable on sight of a young man who is autistic and has Down’s syndrome!
Shame on Jaipur Spice !!!
Brilliant Indian. Great staff, lovely food and reasonable value. Would recommend to anyone.
