Quick Facts About The Little Shop

The Little Shop has several strengths based on the comments provided. One strength is that they offer delicious sandwiches. According to one comment, the sandwiches are "durchaus lecker" (very tasty), indicating that the quality of the food is good. This is an important aspect of a sandwich shop as customers value the taste and quality of the food they are consuming.
Another strength mentioned is the quick service. Customers do not have to wait for long periods of time to receive their food. This is a positive aspect as people appreciate when their orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Additionally, the outdoor seating area at The Little Shop is mentioned as a strength. The comment states that there is ample seating outside and the area is made quite comfortable. This is favorable for customers who enjoy dining outdoors or want to enjoy the weather while having their meal.
The presence of bands and regular music at The Little Shop is also mentioned as a strength. This adds to the atmosphere of the place and can create an enjoyable experience for customers. However, one comment points out that the music is not always loud enough, which can hinder conversations with friends. Nevertheless, having live music or a jukebox can be a unique feature that sets The Little Shop apart from other places.
Another strength mentioned is the standard of the food and drinks at The Little Shop. The comment states that they are at the normal standard for a Costa outlet. This suggests that customers can expect consistent quality in terms of the taste and selection of food and beverages. Additionally, the availability of outdoor seating and plenty of parking and access points are mentioned as positives. These factors can improve the overall convenience and accessibility of the establishment.
Furthermore, The Little Shop is described as a great little cafe with friendly owners and good service. This creates a welcoming and positive experience for customers. Additionally, the food quality is praised as being of a good standard and pretty tasty. This is a crucial strength as customers value the taste and quality of the food they are consuming.
However, there are also some weaknesses that can be identified from these comments. One comment mentions that the toilet could benefit from more attention. This suggests that the cleanliness or maintenance of the toilet may be lacking. Maintaining clean and well-equipped facilities is important for customer satisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of experience and awkwardness of the staff member serving breakfast. This can create a negative experience for customers, especially if the service is slow or the staff lacks knowledge of the menu. Staff training and ensuring that all employees are well-versed in customer service and menu offerings can help address this weakness.
Additionally, one comment highlights a negative dining experience where the food did not meet expectations. The overcooked and burnt eggs, swimming hash browns, and unpleasant sausages indicate a lack of quality control in the kitchen. Consistency in food preparation and ensuring that orders meet customer expectations is crucial to maintaining a positive reputation.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of menus and trays. Having menus allows customers to easily see their options and make informed decisions, while trays provide convenience for carrying food and drinks. Investing in these basic necessities can enhance the overall dining experience and improve customer satisfaction.
In summary, The Little Shop has several strengths such as delicious sandwiches, quick service, ample outdoor seating, live music or regular music, normal standard food and drinks, friendly owners, good service, and tasty food. However, there are also weaknesses including lack of attention to the toilet, lack of experience and awkwardness of staff members, negative dining experiences, and the absence of menus and trays. By addressing these weaknesses, The Little Shop can enhance their overall offering and improve customer satisfaction.

Durchaus leckere Sandwiches kann man dort bekommen. Warten muss man auch nicht sehr lange. Für diesen Zweck also genau richtig
The Gladstone is okay for a beer with friends. It has ample seating outside and they have made this area quite comfortable. They often have bands on and play music regularly. However when the music is on, via the jukebox or by the bands, its not loud in there that frankly you find yourself shouting at your friends just to have a conversation. In my opinion, its a good stop off on a bar crawl, but I wouldn't like to stay there all night drinking with friends.
Food and drinks are at the normal standard for a Costa outlet, nice outdoor seating and plenty of parking and access points. decent staff and good food selection, although a little small inside.
Two excellent flat whites and a sourdough with melted cheese, squash and other things was a significant reboot after a big night out...
The toilet would benefit from the same sort of attention though.....
We stopped here for breakfast and was served by a very awkward man who clearly had lack of experience in this area of things. A menu was bought pit as if it was a scrap piece of paper that had been sat on for a week. Breakfast arrived and we had to send them back, eggs were overcooked and burnt, hash browns were swimming in oil and the sausages just weren't nice. The only thing we drink was juice which was not normal orange juice as they had ran out and we were charged 2.95 per drink!! Won't be returning ever
Nice prices, home made food and very good overall, the service is a bit slow though. Add avocado to your order, it is worth it!
i would say go here just for the pure fact that this place is absolutely unhinged. a sign promises “best sandwiches in brighton” outside but upon being seated, we were shown a wipe board scribbled with about 5 salads by a very awkward man. “so..sandwiches?” we asked and he told us we could do any of the salads as sandwiches. ok… no details of prices, sides or drinks. the man brought out items one at a time in the most bizarrely literal sense; a can of coke with no glass, chips no salt or sauces and the plainest of plain sandwiches. the tuna sandwich was watery and gunky and overall extremely lacking- but a funny experience none the less. to improve i would suggest investing in some menus and trays:)
Great little cafe. The owners seems friendly, and the service received was good. Food quality wise, ingredients seemed of a good standard and the food was pretty tasty on the fry up we had. We did have to wait 20min but on a busy Sunday morning it seems many of the cafe would require a similar wait. Would definitely visit again next time!
