Quick Facts About The London Road Coffee Shop
The London Road Coffee Shop has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one comment mentioned that the drinks are top quality and made with great care. This indicates that the coffee at the coffee shop is of high quality and prepared with attention to detail. Another positive point is that the food is cooked to perfection and always delicious. This suggests that the food served at the coffee shop is well-prepared and tasty. Additionally, the level of hygiene and cleanliness is mentioned to be above standard, showing that the coffee shop prioritizes cleanliness and maintaining a clean environment for its customers. The friendly staff is also highlighted, with one comment mentioning that they are about as friendly as they come. This indicates that the staff members are welcoming and provide good customer service. Another comment mentions that the coffee shop is a mainstay cafe with an excellent selection of food and drinks, suggesting that the menu options are diverse and appealing to customers.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one comment criticizes the fry-up, stating that it was the worst the commenter had ever had. The food is described as dry and not enjoyable, with even the sausages being bland and dry. This indicates that the quality of the fry-up at the coffee shop is lacking and needs improvement. The high price of the drinks is mentioned as a downside, with one comment expressing dissatisfaction with paying nearly £10 for a coffee and two soft drinks. This suggests that the prices at the coffee shop might be considered too expensive by some customers. However, it is important to note that this comment is regarding the drinks only and not the food, which is said to look good. Another comment mentions that the coffeehouse is "okay" but nothing spectacular, indicating that it might not stand out in comparison to other coffee shops in terms of its overall experience.
Based on the comments, it can be concluded that the London Road Coffee Shop has strengths in terms of the quality of its drinks, delicious food, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are weaknesses in the form of negative feedback regarding the fry-up, the high price of drinks, and the coffee shop not being considered particularly outstanding. These weaknesses may affect the overall customer experience and potentially need to be addressed by the coffee shop to improve its offerings and attract more satisfied customers.

Very bad. Honestly, worst fry up I've ever had. They need a whole rework of their product. Dry as possivle, not one good thing on that plate even the sausages were bland and dry. I could make a better fry up and I'm not even that good a cook
Just a fabulous place to visit. Being a regular here was an absolute joy. The drinks are top quality and made with great care. The food is cooked to perfection and always delicious. Always something interesting on the menu to try out!
The level of hygiene and cleanliness is above standard, and the staff are about as friendly as they come! Myself and my partner would come every week for lunch and it is definitely something we would look forward to.
Go to London Road Coffee Shop at least once if you are visiting the High Street - you won't regret it.
Updated review. Still one of my faves!!! And only place to get ham , egg and chips this good !
Mainstay cafe with an excellent selection of food and drinks. Given that you'll find a lot of locals here should tell you all you really need to know. First choice for a bacon roll and a cup of coffee, but the specials board should not be overlooked. I didn't know that fried egg, chorizo and guacamole (in a roll) was a thing. Not only is it a thing, it's a revelation! Ample seating both downstairs and up, just be aware that you may have to wait for a seat at peak times. The seating areas are large, so you can squeeze in the whole family if needed. The staff are lovely and very welcoming.
A welcoming café, the staff are very friendly. Situated in Bognor Town centre. Busy , with two floors , yet not crowded as the tables are positioned well.
Good selection of food and great tasting coffee ☕.
An okay Coffeehouse, but nothing spectacular.
On the down side, only ordered a coffee & 2 soft drinks, which I felt was a bit pricey at nearly £10.
On the plus side, the food looked good, especially the chips, so will probably try eating here next time.
Another plus point, the upstairs was quiet & we virtually had that area to ourselves.
Delicious food, snacks, soups, meals and cakes. Great selection of hot and cold beverages. Very accommodatlng, friendly and helpful staff!
