Quick Facts About The New Inn
The New Inn place has several strengths that make it an appealing destination for customers. Firstly, many visitors comment on the friendly atmosphere of the pub. The staff are described as friendly, and this contributes to a positive experience for customers. This welcoming atmosphere is further enhanced by the nice decor and overall ambiance of the pub.
Another strength of The New Inn place is the selection of beers available. Customers appreciate the good selection of pints and cask ales, which are described as top-notch. This variety of drinks allows customers to find something that suits their preferences, further adding to the positive experience.
The pub also has a large outdoor seating area, which is highly valued by customers. This allows them to enjoy their drinks and food in a spacious and comfortable environment. Additionally, the pub is dog-friendly, which is a significant advantage for dog owners who want to bring their pets along. This inclusivity is appreciated by customers and adds to the overall appeal of the pub.
One of the notable features of The New Inn place is the presence of street food pop-ups. Many customers praise the quality of the food served by these vendors, describing it as amazing. This addition of street food options adds variety to the pub's offerings and attracts customers who are looking for a unique dining experience.
Despite these strengths, there are also weaknesses that should be taken into consideration. One comment notes that the food at The New Inn place, specifically the beef on block, was decent but not amazing. Additionally, the price of £14 for a box of food is seen as quite expensive by some customers. This suggests that the pub could work on improving the quality and value of its food offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned is the wait time for food. One customer who visited for a street food vendor had to make other arrangements because there were twenty orders ahead of theirs. While it is positive that the pub attracts a large number of customers for the street food, this incident indicates that the waiting time may be too long for some customers. The pub could address this issue by implementing measures to reduce wait times or managing customer expectations better.
Additionally, one negative experience mentioned by a customer is the presence of dogs in the pub. While the customer appreciates that the pub is dog-friendly, they note that when the pub is small, it becomes an issue when dogs are unfriendly towards each other and potentially cause a disturbance. This suggests that the pub may need to implement stricter guidelines for dog owners or have designated areas for dogs, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all customers.
In conclusion, The New Inn place has several strengths, including its friendly atmosphere, good selection of beers, nice decor, large outdoor seating area, and street food pop-ups. However, there are also weaknesses to consider, such as the average quality of the food, high prices for some dishes, long wait times, and potential issues with dogs. By addressing these weaknesses and building on its strengths, The New Inn place can continue to improve and provide a great experience for its customers.

Went for beef on block, food was decent, not amazing and quite expensive at £14 a box. Very friendly ladies and quick service worth a try but had better.
Nice friendly atmosphere good selection of beers and top notch food
Lovely little pub, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, nice decor, good beer garden and the street food pop ups are a great addition.
Visited for a street food vendor, sadly they're was twenty orders in front of me, so i made other arrangements. Will try again in the summer.
We went here for drinks and to try the street food on offer. The food was amazing!! The pub was also good, the only downside on our visit was there was a lot of dogs in there and a couple tried to fight. I am all for dogs being in pubs but when the pub is that small and your dog isn't friendly with other dogs then keep them at home. Not really the pubs fault!

Great service and selection of pints, local food trucks stop and serve amazing street food. Large outdoor seating area and dog friendly
Great local pub. New owners clearly care about the pub and have done a good job with the beer garden. The cask ales are the best around and the pub does great cobs and is dog friendly.
