Quick Facts About The plaza at lake park
The Plaza at Lake Park Place is a large outdoor shopping center that offers a variety of retail stores and dining options. It is conveniently located east of interstate 95 and east of Military Trail on the south side of Northlake. With stores like Staples, Burlington, Dollar Tree, GameStop, Rainbow, Hobby Lobby, and restaurants like Chick Fil-A and Marcos Pizza, it attracts a lot of shoppers.
One strength of The Plaza at Lake Park Place is its convenience. It offers a wide range of stores and services, making it a one-stop shopping center. Customers can find everything from office supplies at Staples to clothing at Rainbow and even Chinese food. This allows shoppers to easily accomplish their errands and save time.
Another strength is the variety of stores available. From specialty stores like a battery store to hair stylists and craft stores, there is something for everyone at The Plaza. This variety caters to different interests and needs, making it a popular choice among shoppers. Additionally, having a mix of stores encourages customers to explore different options and discover new favorites.
The affordability of the stores at The Plaza is also a strength. Customers mention that they enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree because it offers both traditional mom food items and affordable frozen foods. This affordability is appealing to many shoppers, especially those on a budget. The availability of sales and discounts, such as the mentioned sale on orange juice, is another reason why customers appreciate the shopping center.
However, The Plaza at Lake Park Place does have some weaknesses that need to be addressed. One common complaint is the rudeness of store personnel. Multiple customers have mentioned encountering rude store personnel and even rude drivers in the parking lot. This can create a negative shopping experience and deter customers from returning.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the lack of customer service at a specific store. The customer applied for a credit card at Burlington and paid in cash, but then received a call from the credit card company asking for payment. This miscommunication reflects poorly on the store's customer service and can leave customers feeling frustrated and disappointed.
A minor concern mentioned by a customer is the busy nature of the shopping center. While this can be seen as a positive, some customers mention having to be cautious of people walking to and from their cars due to the high foot traffic. This can be an inconvenience for shoppers who prefer a less crowded shopping experience.
In terms of the surrounding area, one positive aspect mentioned by a customer is the park located nearby. It offers a beautiful space for walking and enjoying the outdoors. This adds to the overall appeal of The Plaza at Lake Park Place, as customers can combine shopping with leisure activities.
Overall, The Plaza at Lake Park Place has strengths in its convenience, variety of stores, and affordability. However, it also has weaknesses in terms of customer service, rudeness of store personnel, and crowded conditions. By addressing these weaknesses and improving the overall shopping experience, The Plaza can further enhance its reputation and attract more satisfied customers.

One extra star since orange juice was on sale. Otherwise, it's like a third world country. The cashier was screaming to her friend in another part of the store the entire time. No greeting or anything for me.
Decent Dollar Tree here. Very busy
