Quick Facts About The Shed Cafe

The Shed Cafe is a place that has received numerous positive comments from customers. These comments highlight several strengths of the establishment. Firstly, the cafe is described as a "little place," which creates an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Despite its small size, the cafe has outdoor seating and tables under a gazebo, providing customers with options for enjoying their meal in a pleasant environment.
The staff at The Shed Cafe are consistently praised for being polite, helpful, and friendly. Customers mention the warm welcome they received upon entering the cafe, with staff members addressing them in a welcoming and affectionate manner. Employees are described as lovely and cheery, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This personal and homely touch adds to the overall experience for customers.
The menu at The Shed Cafe is said to offer a variety of different options. Customers have mentioned that there is something for everyone, making it suitable for a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences. The food itself is described as yummy and top-notch. It is cooked fresh to order, ensuring that customers receive well-presented and piping hot meals. The breakfast options, such as the Bellybuster, are particularly praised as being delicious and generous in portion size.
Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount at The Shed Cafe. Every table is cleaned immediately, creating a clean and comfortable environment for customers. This attention to detail and cleanliness enhances the dining experience and reflects the cafe's commitment to maintaining high standards.
The longevity and reputation of The Shed Cafe is another strength highlighted in the comments. The cafe has apparently been operating for nine years, which suggests that it has built a loyal customer base over time. Many customers express regret at not having discovered the cafe sooner, indicating that it has established a positive reputation in the local area.
While The Shed Cafe has received overwhelmingly positive comments, there are a few weaknesses that can be discussed. One comment mentions a 30-minute wait for food, although this is spun positively as a testament to the quality of the food. While this wait may be seen as an inconvenience for some customers, others may appreciate the fact that the food is cooked fresh to order. Another comment suggests that it is advisable to book a table in advance due to the cafe's popularity, which could be seen as a weakness for walk-in customers who may not be able to secure a table during peak times.
In conclusion, The Shed Cafe is praised for its cozy and intimate atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, variety of menu options, cleanliness, and delicious food. The cafe's longevity and positive reputation also add to its strengths. While there may be a slight wait for food and it is advisable to book a table in advance, these can be seen as minor weaknesses compared to the overall positive experience provided by The Shed Cafe.

Apparently been there 9 years
Never noticed it until today , but what an experience
After a short queue,
Was greeted with “Ello Darlin” I knew straight away they were from London ????
Lyn & all the staff were lovely.
There was a 30 min wait for food , but that’s a testament to how good it was , highly recommended booking a table before you get there.
Food was top notch and really great creamy lattes
Really great experience and will be returning for sure.
Lovely hidden gem. Needed somewhere to work for the morning whilst waiting for my MOT. The staff are all lovely and provide some amazing hospitality. Highly recommend having breakfast here and maybe a slice of cake too as they’re just as nice!
Popped in this morning on a recommendation from my uncle, what a lovely warm welcome, “Hello darling, take a seat and we’ll get you a menu”.
Ordered a cooked breakfast “The Bellybuster” and it was bloomin’ lovely.
Thank you all for a great brekky and a great welcome. This is how all cafes should be run. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Meet once a month with some friends for a catch up. As usual just had an absolutely perfect breakfast. The best I've had in years. Such friendly and polite staff . Never rushed or made to feel as though the table is required due to always being busy. All freshly cooked and in good time. Advisable to reserve a table due to the popularity. Excellent value for money. In my personal opinion there isn't a place locally that can match it. Looking forward to the next visit ????
3 of us visited after a disappointing trip to a Christmas Fair elsewhere, we found the cafe by Googling local cafes . We ordered coffee & tea plus food. My son & partner had breakfast baps and I had a bacon bap....lovely fresh filled bread...food was hot & cooked well. Drinks were good & hot. Will definitely visit again if in the area. ????????????????????????
A lovely little shed with a big heart. The owners and staff are very helpful
,friendly and always cheery. The food is fresh and good , the cakes and puddings are home made and very tasty and finally the whole place oozes an air of friendly little cottage and atmosphere.
Happened upon this place by accident while out looking for somewhere to have a breakfast. So very glad we did. Super friendly staff, brilliant portions of food and to top it all off gluten free options for myself! My husband had the belly buster breakfast which even he struggled to finish and my son had a make your own breakfast.
Wonderful experience, and to make it even better upon leaving I was given some gluten free millionaire cheesecake to try (which by the way was delicious) and they gave my son a ginger bread man all at no charge. I was so touched I could have cried. Nice people do still exist in this world.
Thank you and we will be back!
