This suggests that the shop takes care in presenting items in an appealing manner, potentially attracting more customers. 2. Beautiful clean cafe: Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe, indicating that the staff maintains high hygiene standards. This can enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. 3. Dog friendly: The fact that The Hanger Place is dog friendly is seen as a strength. This can widen the customer base, attract dog owners, and create a welcoming environment for pet lovers. 4. Food wonderful: Several visitors mention that the food served at the cafe is delicious. This positive feedback can encourage more people to choose The Hanger Place for dining or refreshments, leading to increased revenue. 5. A well-organized store improves the overall shopping experience, making it more enjoyable for customers.
Weaknesses: 1. Quite expensive: One visitor states that The Hanger Place is quite expensive. This feedback implies that the prices may be relatively high compared to other similar shops, potentially deterring price-sensitive customers from making purchases. 2. Not well laid out for disabled individuals: A comment highlights that the shop may not be well laid out for individuals with disabilities. The limited space between the rails could pose challenges for wheelchair users or those with mobility limitations. This barrier may prevent certain potential customers from fully exploring the shop. 3. Rude staff encounter: Despite positive comments about the overall friendliness of the staff, one visitor mentions having a negative encounter with a rude employee. This kind of experience can leave a lasting impression on a customer and potentially discourage future visits or donations. In conclusion, The Hanger Place demonstrates several strengths such as lovely displays, a beautiful clean cafe, and being dog friendly. These aspects contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as the store's relatively high prices, the lack of space for disabled individuals, and occasional encounters with rude staff members. By addressing these weaknesses and building upon its strengths, The Hanger Place can further enhance its reputation and attract a wider customer base, ultimately benefiting the cause it supports.

First visit today. Lovely displays. Beautiful clean cafe. Dog friendly. Food wonderful. Thank you.
Visited here on Sunday 16th July 2022 to donate items and to have a look round the shop, when donating the staff were very grateful, pleasant and friendly. The shop is well set out with lots of items and furniture available, space to walk around and a lovely coffee shop. The staff in the shop were very polite, helpful and approachable, ended up buying a basket full of items all great prices and some bargains to be had while helping a great cause.
Quite expensive. Not very well laid out if you’re disabled, there’s not a lot of room between the rails
Well set out, nice cafe.
Felt safe as well spaced out aisles, antibac on entering doors, friendly staff, very helpful. Also enjoyed lovely coffee and toasted tea cake in their lovely cafe.
Friendly staff, lots of bargains to be had. A wide a variety of items on sale. Clean and well organised. All for a good cause.
I visited a few weeks ago, lovely staff in the cafe, lovely food and great service. So impressed that when i had a clear out in my kitchen i decided to donate a dinner service for the cause. I dropped this off yesterday. Unfortunately i wasnt impressed by the young lady who i was met by. I was explaining what was in the box and she just grunted as she took it off me. 35 years i had it, gaving it to a cause i agree with. To be met by a rude young woman who can't even say thankyou.
Its a shame because my first visit was so positive and i stress that the staff that day in the cafe were lovely.
