Have been into Thornbury's cafe (Lisburn) several times and have never been disappointed both from the selection and the quality of food. Yesterday phoned ahead and after speaking to Hannah, asked if there was any banoffe left and was told there was only one piece remaining. Hannah was quick to say if you really want some I will go make another one and put it away a couple of slices for you. True to her (their) word another pie was made and sitting waiting for me to pick up, just before closing. The banoffe was extraordinary and I was so impressed that I could pop in and pick it up packed ready to go.
If you are in Lisburn and hungry for something quick to eat or a proper sit down meal look no further than Thornbury's cafe - trust me one of the nicest places to eat in Lisburn.
