100% recommend Lily from Tonic! I recently moved to TN, and had my wedding approaching in TN. Not being familiar with the area I reached out to Lily to cut my hair. because she's always done well with my hair. I drove to Tonic from TN because I knew she was the one for the job. I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely still be coming here when I visit my family to get my hair cut ????
Jayli was the one who gave me a haircut. She is a sweet person but very inexperienced. I told her I wanted layers in my hair because my hair was long and thick, I even provided her multiple pictures just so she can see it as well. She literally grabbed the top layer of my hair and cut all of them short, and left the half bottom of my hair long, calling it a “layer hair cut”. She also talked about how the last customer she had was complaining about how jayli cut her hair. I should’ve taken that as a warning and not let her cut my hair. I went home crying that day. My hair was so short and messy. Hair takes months or even years to grow back… Stephanie knows what she is doing. I would definitely recommend to get your haircut by Stephanie.
Jayli has been doing my hair for over 2 months now & I am so impressed with her work AND her professionalism! I have had tons of compliments on my new hair color & style. She’s top notch I’m my book! I finally found my permanent stylist! The whole team is wonderful & I’m never going anywhere else! Thank you for everything, Jayli!
Pretty disappointing.
I took my daughter here instead of one of the chain stores, knowing I'd pay more but had high hopes for a better experience.
The girl who cut both my hair and my daughter's hair seemed nice enough but also very inexperienced and more interested in her cell phone. She suggested a hair cut that would create more tangles for my tender headed kid. Thankfully another lady who was getting a hair cut suggested we not cut it that way based on her experience with her own kid and what sounded like good advice from a different stylist.
The young lady talked trash about her last client who came back complaining about how she missed a bunch of hairs on her and it wasn't straight. I should have took that as my warning and not let my daughter get her hair cut there either. Lesson learned.
The stylist that cut our hair did not even part my daughter's hair. She just said, "looks like it naturally wants to part here." which is to the side a bit and that's ok, but at least run a comb down it and make sure it's a straight part! I had to ask her to correct her cut on my daughter's hair about 4 times before we left and it's still not straight, mostly because she didn't part it straight. She also missed the under section of her hair entirely, where most stylists know to tell you to look down so they DON'T miss it. This girl had no idea. It seemed like all she cared was how fast she could get us in and out. I had 2 appointments and we were both done in less time than a single appointment. Had she taken more time, she might not have missed so much.
My hair looks awful and she had zero clue about how to cut bangs. I had to correct her on my own bangs 6 times in the store and they are still messed up. It was frustrating that I had to tell her how to do HER job. She has no idea how to taper them so they don't look like an ugly fresh cut with chunky lines. I do better on my own.
Very disappointing.

Amber Fisher and Jennifer Porter with Tonic HeadQuarters saved our wedding when our original, "highly recommended", salon completely failed us just 2 months before our big day.
Jennifer immediately booked us for hair (on her day off!) and so quickly found a coworker, Amber, for makeup.
I also booked Jennifer for my Novalash install and fill, which I was So pleased with!
She put me at ease and I knew it was a silver lining that our original plan fell through.
The day of they were early and ready to go immediately.
Getting ready with them was Very fun and the morning flew by.
I received compliments allllll day on my hair!
Amber booked us for makeup and eased my concerns before I even met her.
I heard "You look So beautiful" all day and felt like myself.
She listened to what I wanted, gave her advice, and ultimately made our day That much more special.
Any salon needs will be taken to Tonic and we rave about these gals!
Bake Me Happy, Food Co. (owner Keesha LaDawn Lo ) who also works full time here at Tonic baked our delicious cake and made our cake pop cake topper.
Keesha was so sweet in every communication and her genuine kindness continued until even after our big day.

Spend $145 for my hair color to not change at all. Staff were nice, but that’s about it. Same day I went to Walmart and bought $10 hair dye and it worked 100000x better than going to tonic.
