I got a pedicure. The hot stone massage felt amazing. They technicians were awesome because I was unable to make my mind up on color they were patient and offered many suggestions. Overall an experience I didn't expect to receive in petersburg to tell you the truth. They also seemed very clean and the massaging chair was nice.
Came in to get a fill in and was told there were 2 people in front of me but I can wait. I decided to wait but after an hour and a half, and no one saying anything I decided to leave! That wait was ridiculous and they had other people come in and be seen but I’m guessing they were “appointments”. Why is it so hard to find good nail service in this area!?
Used to be my go to. Today the girl I had took three plus hours on my basic full set. I was there five hours. Took my entire day unexpectedly. THEN I get charged 104 total. The guy tells me oh 5 more dollars to use your debit card...what kind of scam??????!!
This experience was ok I feel like it was extremely busy today and the facility was a little overwhelmed but I was eventually seen. Work was about a 4 not worth sixty dollars though. Imperfections because of rushing. I did leave a tip because I felt the Technician did the best she could under the circumstances!
Top nails is growing company. The owners Kevin and Jennifer and their staff are a power couple working from opening to close to give it's customers the best service and nail art. I've been with them for years and gas always received excellent service.
Kevin is a magician!! I am so insecure about my big toes because of the thickness of them after the winter. Other shops could not achieve the look I was looking for. But Kevin did what he does best!!! He filed them down and gave me a big toe nail!! Can't tell me nothing now!!!
They always have amazing work. I have been going to them since they were at the shop in Hopewell and now they have had their own shop for the past 3 years. Always clean and polite, they move fast and work hard.
