Me & my son got here today at 8:20am. When we got there.. there were only 2 ppl Ahead of us. When they were done, we were skipped over for 2 hours. No barber in the shop said anything to us after seeing us waiting. When I finally got up to leave someone finally asked did I need help. Like wow really? After 2 hours? I just said forget it and left. 2 hours of my morning completely waisted. 1st time going & won’t be going back. Very unprofessional. You see a customer sitting forever waiting you address them. But no, they were to busy talking about the club they all went to last night.
i went to see Bobby and had a horrible experience. I waited about 2 hours for a haircut. I was a walk-in, and he was notified of my presence. he told me that after he was finished with the client he currently had in his chair, i would be next and he would wrap up for the day. it took him an 1 hr and 45 mins to complete the guy’s haircut in front of me. as i patiently waited, he finally finished the client and i was next up. as i sat in the chair, he proceeded to walk away and sit in the back of the shop and congregate with the other barbers, while i waited for him in the chair. after about 10 minutes of waiting in the chair, i just walked out feeling very unsatisfied and angry at the lack of service i was given and the unprofessionalism i encountered. this is not the first or second sour experience i’ve had with this shop. I will not be returning.

3.24.22 @10:15am - there was a bigger gentleman there in the back. Maybe he meant well, but his approach was waay too lax. We asked how much time to wait for a line up and he said “how much money you got?” Ummm… okaaay???… huh? Thats not business like. For me to be a first time guest, this wasnt a professional approach.
Sent my son here to see if anyone was available to cut his hair after all there was no one in the barber chairs or waiting to get their hair cut. First they ignored my son. Then I sent him in for a second time to ask about getting a hair cut just to be sure he wasn’t exaggerating well he wasn’t a barber told him no that no one was available to cut then my son also said he laughed it off. They will forever not get a dime from me or the others that I sent there previously No one wants to work not in this barber shop stay away go elsewhere fast. Good luck unprofessionals. Your business will not get far smh
The telling of a GREAT barber is when some ask the client "Where did you get your haircut?" It is also the sign of a BAD barber. Let me explain, when Big Quinn cuts my hair, people ask me where I got my haircut because they're thinking about getting a better barber than the one they've got. BUT, when other barbers in MLB shop cut my hair I get the same question, but for a different reason. They ask so they don't get such an embarrassing haircut. In fact, if I wasn't self-employed, I would have had to take a week off of work because my cut was so bad!
But there are two sides of the story. Yes, they gave me a bad cut, but I should have said something and asked them to fix it. I never thought about looking in the mirror when my hair was cut because I had always gotten a good cut. When I got home I felt like I spent $20 (Cuts are $15, but I also tip $5) for NOTHING.
Summary: If you go to this shop, ASK FOR BIG QUINN. Don't let ANY other barber touch your head. Look for another shop.

The service was great! The barbers were extremely talented from what I witnessed. Very professional but still felt like you were at your uncle's house. Taking my nephew back very soon.
