Would rate 0 if I could rude staff literally doesn’t do anything unless you say something about it I paid 55$ for this didn’t cut cuticle or add oil didn’t file or shape right, very thick uneven nails, there was glue everywhere, very messy doesn’t look right at all worst in person all I asked was for a simple French tip with charms and YES I did correct and say something while she was doing my nails but she kept assuring me she knew what she was doing I should apply here seeing they hire with 0 experience honestly ridiculous don’t go here
My 11 year old granddaughter asked for white gel polish with one rhinestone on each finger. The technician decided to give her white gel polish with about eight rhinestones on one finger and as she putting the stones on the next finger she's letting me know that it's going to be $27 and I told her that she is not doing what was asked and if she can remove all of those stones and put one on each finger like she was asked to do. She was in a rush as it was and she got an attitude when asked to fix her mistake. She hurried and finished my granddaughter's nails she left polish on the outside of her nails. I showed Tiffany the owner and she just looked and said " Oh Honey" I explained to Tiffany that her salon was not doing such horrible type of work before the pandemic as I was a regular customer at her salon I also expressed to her that this is the second time that I've come to her salon and experienced rude behavior, unfriendly workers and feeling like the work is done rushing. The only response she gave me as she was walking really fast behind me towards the door was "You didn't pay you didn't pay". I told her "What you need to do is stop running behind me and go look on the nail station and get the money I left, I did pay for the horrible job your nail technician did sometimes it's not always about the money it's mainly about the type of service you give to keep customers coming and at the rate you are going you will not have much business." So if you are looking to get a rushed service this is the perfect nail salon. If you are looking to get good quality service done where the technicians are friendly and understand clearly what you want and will do just that, please do not go to Top Star Nails & Spa in Victorville you will be very disappointed.
Please go somewhere else. I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks when I lived in nor cal, so after I moved here I was looking for a regular nail tech to see frequently. My son and I went to get our nails done here, it was his first time and I did not appreciate the weird looks we got. The lady who did his nails was horrible, we both got the stiletto shape and his were crooked and had nail polish on his fingers. My tech did not listen to me at all. I asked for all black except I wanted my middle finger a neon green. She then asked if I wanted glitter, so I said sure you can do glitter on the green nails, she asked silver or gold I said silver. She gets the paint out and paints my nails black and middle finger silver glitter. I said do you normally put glitter before the neon green? She said yes. Then she starts putting the clear coat on, so I ask again, do you put this on before the neon green? She says yes again. Then she tells me I'm done and to wash my hands. At this point I just want to leave, I'm not gonna waste more time when I told her multiple times I wanted those nails green. She told me to take a card and come back. No thank you. Neither tech said a word while doing our nails other than what I explained. I don't need full on conversation but it made for a very awkward experience and to blatantly ignore what I specifically asked for is ridiculous. They were rushed and obviously did not care. **UPDATE** Worst part, my nails fell off with EASE after one week! My first nail fell off only after 2 days! I didn't even feel it fall off. The rest were gone 5 days later. I found a new salon and she did an amazing job! My nails are still on and solid after almost 3 weeks.
Great Customer Service. Pedicures could be better if each person was consistent in quality. The shape of nails vary with each technician...thin, thick, design etc...
DO NOT GO HERE!! Very messy work. The lady that did my nails didn’t file my nails right plus she never put cuticle oil when she finished my nails. Paid $55 for this ugly set. Plus she made me bleed on almost all my fingers. Torture.
Been coming here for years, its what you'd expect from this kind of business in terms of price and customer service. However in terms of service they are great! I have problem toes but as long as you tell them exactly what you want, they help relieve the pain and relax me everytime I come here.
I have been a customer here for years. They are very friendly and personable. Nothing fancy just a basic nail salon.
I feel that they don’t clean the pedicures tools . They go from pedicure to pedicure without cleaning anything but the tub you soak your feet in. Also Tiffany over my card $40 extra on top of the $75 for my bill and a $10 tip. She said the bank holds 20% and it would be returned to my card within 3 days . The money was back on my card immediately after our conversation about it . I know she is lying I called my bank .
