Best TL Reviews

This is hands down the best cafe in Cambridge. Its down Pembroke street a bit, so out of the way for a lot of tourists and it's absolutely incredible. I studied at Pembroke College for a bit and would stop by Trockel for a coffee and a sandwich between reading and to destress a bit. I would probably go once or twice a week to eat and study for a few hours. The owner is the sweetest person I have ever met and after stopping in twice she remembered my name and would ask about my day/studies. The chai lattes are creamy and incredible, the ham sandwiches are surprisingly delicious for being so simple, and she made a chocolate orange cake that I would eat on particularly stressful days that was awesome. From the outside it looks like it would smell smoked fish but its actually the coziest cafe in Cambridge! So worth a stop in
this is a lovely little place, the baguette sandwich I had was lovely, as was the coconut cake. the service was fabulous, couldn't of asked for better
I had a great lunch here! It's warm and friendly! Today’s special soup was tasty, and the beef panini was fantastic????
Lovely place to meet for coffee, staff are absolutely lovely. I will say the food is really expensive for what it is so I wouldn't recommend eating here, everything is twice the price it should be. Maybe if they introduced portion sizes for the specials it would be more affordable but I'm definitely not eating here again
Yummy food and great service quite small but nice. August
Cosy little place, run by a lovely lady, serving lunch: toasted ciabatta, quiches, soups, and some hot beverage.
The shop is singlehandedly run by a lovely lady who prepared delicious tomato, goat cheese and pesto for me. Coffee was alright.
The shop not big, with around ten seats, is clean and feels covid - safe.
Free wifi available.
Great little cafe. Fabulously friendly staff and good prices. Super coffee too. Do yourself a favour and take a walk off the main street to this place.
Lovely little café with super-friendly and helpful staff; good coffee and great cakes. The portions for lunch looked big and great value.
