Jimmy did my nails and he was great!! Quick but beautiful work! The facility inside is clean and organized. I got a full set of acrylic nails as well as a basic pedicure. I got my nails done for a wedding so I wanted them to be simple but cute. The bride made us both an appointment. The only thing I would say is when you schedule appointments make sure they have the correct info as the bride to be had to wait almost 2 hours for the artist she asked for specifically to be avaliable. I love it here they do beautiful work!

I love this nail salon. Friendly staff, that makes you feel at home. John did my nails. He made me feel comfortable and at home, explained to me what they were doing. Great hospitality! I got a full set gel nails with design. Gel pedicure with design. The lady who did my pedicure was Awesome too! Friendly folks! I will return!

I got my nails done there the other day and it was a great experience! I was seated right away on a Friday around lunch time. The salon is beautiful. The lady did SNS and I love it! Beautifully shaped and she really took the time to make sure they were perfect. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve visited this establishment twice. The first time was a good experience nothing to complain about. The second time was terrible. At work a pen burst in my hand and I got ink all over my nails, so on my lunch break I decided to go back here to get my color changed. That’s all I needed because I got my nails done a week prior, my nails were not grown out yet. A guy comes to do my nails and starts drilling to the point where he was moving fast and careless. I flinched and moved my hand back a couple of times and told him that it was hurting. No apologies. When he started doing my nails it was very lumpy, he is not good at painting, or cleaned up his mistakes. I asked him why was the nails lumpy and he replied that all I needed was a second coat. I left the establishment and an hour later my nail polish is cracking. I called the establishment today to work things out, and all the man over the phone who claims he was the manager when I asked to speak to the manager said was a whole bunch of excuses. No accountability, no “come in and let us fix it”, nothing. I thought this was a good location to get my services done but I was wrong.

This was my first time coming to this salon. I like that it was very clean, I didn’t like that I showed up at 4:30 and didn’t leave until @ 6:30. They charged me $25 for my 10yr old pedicure bc she sat in the “big chair” and not the kiddie chair, tf??? They did give me a $5 gift certificate as a refund for the difference but I still paid $127 on my cc. I was not looking to spend that much!! In the end the service was okay, just not super impressed with my nails.

Today Jimmy did my volcano pedicure and it was wonderful !! The massage feels great , my toes look amazing , and the atmosphere is nice and modern. If you want a good experience at a nail shop I 10/10 recommend tropical nails.

I have been going here since February and I’ve had a pleasant experience mostly every time. My last manicure in April was rushed by a older gentleman and he burned me a few times, and left me with thick acrylic underneath my nails. Not too worried about it, but I was excited to get a fill in today to give it another shot. I walked in and said I wanted a fill in with ombré multiple times. He asked me what color I wanted, and I said I guess the same color pink acrylic that was on my nails because it was a neutral pink. He didn’t make it clear to me that he was ONLY putting the pink on nor did he ask me to choose 2 colors. When I asked him where the white was, he said I never told him a color and that I needed two colors for ombré and I only wanted 1 color. Needless to say there are huge communication errors between the client & the techs. Of course everyone jumped to his defense and basically said I was wrong. They continued to talk about me until I walked out of the door which really made me uncomfortable. I’m definitely not happy nor satisfied. My nails are rough, thin and it wasn’t what I wanted at all. No one seem concerned as to what I wanted or offered to fix them, They just wanted to get paid. Now I’ll have to go get them fixed elsewhere because it looks like I have brown and pink ombré.

The salon is clean & nice. Kim is also very nice and explained the pricing to me when I asked about it. This is a convenient salon for me as I am also a small business owner on the square but I’m very dissatisfied with the service & treatment I received today.

I sent my teenage daughters here to get their nails done and the workers completely cheated and scam them! My daughters was told their prices from $40 was going to be rounded up to $50. Also the worker stated 1 of my daughters would be free but charged not only full price but more at the register. Right before closing… Locked them out before they got a chance to call me and tell me what happened. My boyfriend and I come here on a regular basis.never had a problem so I can’t believe this happened to my girls! Ages 18, 16, 12, 7. DO NOT SEND YOUR TEENS HERE!
