Quick Facts About Trujillo's Barber Shop
Trujillo's Barber Shop has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the barber shop, these comments will be considered in detail.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme from the comments is the cleanliness of the shop. Customers have consistently mentioned that the shop is clean and well-maintained. This is an important factor as it contributes to a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.
Efficient service is another strength mentioned by multiple customers. They have appreciated the quick and timely service provided by the barbers at Trujillo's Barber Shop. Being able to get a haircut without having to wait for a long time is a positive aspect that contributes to customer satisfaction.
The experience and friendliness of the crew at the barber shop have also been mentioned as strengths. Customers have felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. This indicates good customer service and the ability of the barbers to create a friendly atmosphere. Building a rapport with customers is crucial for repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
Another strength of Trujillo's Barber Shop is its ability to cater to walk-ins. Customers have mentioned that they were able to get a haircut without having to make an appointment. This convenience factor is appreciated by customers who may not have the time or inclination to schedule appointments in advance.
In terms of weaknesses, the most prominent criticism comes from a customer whose boyfriend had a bad experience. The customer describes the haircut as a "hack job" with uneven shaping and a missed patch of hair. Furthermore, the use of a straight razor resulted in a negative reaction on the face and neck. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and poor execution of the requested style. The comment also raises concerns about the barber's experience and competence, as it questions how someone could let a customer leave with such a bad haircut.
Another customer also expresses dissatisfaction with the haircut received. They mention that despite showing the barber multiple pictures and providing clear instructions, the desired style was not achieved. The customer received a haircut that was much shorter than requested, with a mismatched length on different parts of the hair. This indicates a lack of skill and attention to customer preferences from the barber.
While the majority of comments are positive, these negative experiences highlight a weakness in consistency and the ability to meet customer expectations. It suggests that there may be a lack of quality control or attention to detail at Trujillo's Barber Shop.
In conclusion, Trujillo's Barber Shop has several strengths including a clean environment, efficient service, and a friendly and experienced crew. The barber shop's ability to accommodate walk-ins is also a positive aspect. However, weaknesses have been highlighted in terms of inconsistency, a lack of attention to customer preferences, and poor execution of requested styles. These weaknesses need to be addressed in order to maintain and improve the reputation of Trujillo's Barber Shop.

Favorite place in Cheyenne for a haircut. Clean shop, efficient service, and the crew is friendly and experienced. I often opt for a simple fade and have never had a bad cut. Clean lines tapered to taste and a straight razor and aftershave to clean things up. They accept walk-ins and have never waited more than a half hour. Highly recommended!
My boyfriend received a “haircut” that was a complete hack job. A whole patch of hair was missed behind his ear, the shaping around his ears is completely uneven. There’s no fade that he asked for. The guy used a straight razor to clean up his beard and destroyed his face. Instead of asking if my boyfriend wanted to have an electric razor used after he did the first side and saw how much his face was reacting to the straight razor. And then continued to cut his neck hair with the straight razor. I’m unsure if this barber is new, having an off day or what. I cannot believe a barber would let someone walk out with a haircut that bad. ???? He had gotten a haircut there previously, and was happy with it which is why he went back.
Today was my first visit and I will be going back. Quick and friendly service and I left satisfied with my haircut. This is an old school barber shop (like it used to be).
Always been happy with every visit I’ve had here. Great crew. And you can walk right in.
Walk ins welcomed!! Great cuts. No high price high jacking here. Just classic, stylish cuts finished off with a straight edge shave. Truly what a Barber shop should be!! Hats off to these fine barber's and the great cuts they produce. In Cheyenne, don't bother with competitors. Don't get hit over the head for $30-$45 for a haircut..visit Trujillo's Barber Shop!! Classic, straight up, no BS cuts and a real man's shave! Recommend to all. Give them a visit and see for urself!!
I love this barber shop they cut Great and ive been going here sense I was a baby
Awesome haircut. Fit me in as a walk in, clip snip and done!
let me begin with the pros: i was welcomed kindly, the environment was extremely friendly, and the prices weren’t completely ridiculous like other barbers in cheyenne.
and then we get to the cons…
i showed my barber 4 pictures, all showing a hairstyle of longer on top and medium-short on the sides. every picture had very similar length, and each showed a different angle. i also mentioned before the cut, “my hair naturally lifts a lot, and i use conditioner that lifts it too. please don’t cut above my eye.” instead, i received the “kim jong-un” hairstyle: nearly to the scalp on the sides, medium-short on top. not only was the front cut above eye level, it was cut above my eyebrow. bruh.
not ONLY did the barber completely disregard what i wanted, but he did a poor job. the front has bunches of hair that are inch and a half longer than the bunch hair right next to them. the sides were nearly a buzzcut. the “fade” i’m assuming he was going for on the sides is more like a 50/50. he also began to shave the hairs on my lower neck but just… gave up half way through???? like half of the hairs weren’t even TOUCHED.
finally, he asked my girlfriend who tagged along with me, “do you think he’ll like it?” SOLIDIFYING that he completely ignored what i asked for, because i would have liked it if you did WHAT I ASKED.
i’m sure he was just having a bad day. i don’t have any gripes against the man, but it’s important to pay attention to what your customers ask for, they know what they want more than you do. i can promise that for most anyone.
