I've been getting my pink n white UV gel done by Nancy off and on for years since I don't live in the area! However Saturday I drove to Rockaway, NJ and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! She was ready to take me as soon as I walked in, and she remembered EXACTLY how I like my nails; because I give off the illusion of having long nails since I have a long nail bed.
I love T.U Nails and have been a customer for over 10 years! My original nail salon closed over a year ago and I have yet to find someone who can do my nails like Nancy can at T.U. Nails!

Service wasn’t too great. Lady who did my pedicure ripped too much cuticle to the point ,2 weeks later my toe is still swollen. Lady who did my nails clearly can tell she messed up a lot. My nails came off the next week. Definitely not worth the price they charged me for. I normally don’t go to other nail technicians but this by far is the worst spot. 0/10 do not recommend.
I came to get my nails done in the beginning of last month, and i was serviced by a woman who was rather aggressive. my nails ended up hurting for a day or two later, but they were beautiful and a great price. today i came back and had another woman, and she was absolutely amazing. she was very gentle, and when she told me a total i wasn't expecting, i was taken off guard and asked for a simpler pattern instead. she asked me how much i was off by (about $8) and told me she would do the design i wanted anyway. they look absolutely gorgeous, i'm so excited to have them for homecoming in a few days! she was so incredibly kind, i could not thank her enough!!
I had came here 2 years ago and had an issue. Decided to try it again, and not sure if its new management, but my experience was great this time. The lady did my nails well and the massage and service were fantastic. Will be coming back .
This is my favorite place to go to for Manicure ans pedicures! They take their time, massage your hands and feet, do great decoration work on your nails and for the best prices around anywhere in the area that I could find! The big Plus it's right in the Rockaway Mall so after you get your nails done you can go get a bite to eat and then go shopping with your girlfriend's or grandkids. The technicians are very patient and kind and like I said they take their time! The best place around! 5 Stars!!!
This place is fine for basic polish/gel nails, but not for nail extensions like acrylics. When I went in to get an acrylic set, what I wanted was not what I got. Even though I provided a picture of what I wanted, the nail shape was off, the french nail tips were uneven, and the edges of my nail near the cuticle started lifting after a few days. This place does great manicures if you want to work with your natural nail, but I would't go here for anything more than that.
