Non existent customer service. I clearly needed help with products on the shelves but the staff just prefer to stare at you than offer any assistance.
I had a bit of a struggle initially booking an appointment but it all turned out great. Titi was awesome. She is a fast braider and wasn’t pulling my hair too tight. The price was affordable and I appreciate her service. I will visit her again.
I read some scathing reviews about overpricing. For me the main issue was the experience. My extensions were pulling out in a week. The girl doing my hair did not listen to my instructions and offered a weak belated apology instead. She kept saying throughout that I wasn't to worry because I would leave happy. When she was done I had a cone shaped head and had to go elsewhere to correct it. Avoid this place at all costs!
The ladies at the salon are amazing, Had braids done there and lasted for so long! I will definitely go back and recommend ????
Please STAY AWAY from these people firstly my appointment was at 1 got there on time and waited another hour to be seen there is no order in that shop. The people that work there are extremely rude to the customers, and you dont feel comfortable. You feel as if you are an inconvenience to them although your the one that is paying them. The owner was there on the day I went and she was also rude to me. They charge extortionate prices for a shoddy job we agreed a fee over the phone and the price almost doubled. Dont come here your better off literally anywhere else.
This hair salon is totally amazing. They gave the most amazing thoughtful service. My daughter and I had a really special experience and are delighted with the results. Titi was absolutely inspirational and made sure that we both left the salon happy and looking fabulous. I will make sure all my friends know about this five star service!
