Quick Facts About Tudor Rose Tea Rooms
Tudor Rose Tea Rooms seems to have several strengths based on the comments provided. Firstly, customers mention that the scones are freshly baked and the tea is lovely and kept hot with a teapot cosy. This suggests that the quality of the food and beverages served at Tudor Rose Tea Rooms is consistently good. Additionally, the Cream Tea for 1 at £4.95 is described as a reasonable price, indicating that the tea rooms offer good value for money.
The service at Tudor Rose Tea Rooms also receives positive feedback, with customers describing it as lovely and great. This highlights the friendly and attentive staff who contribute to a pleasant dining experience. The fact that the tea rooms are described as a busy and popular place further supports the notion of good service, as it suggests that the staff are able to handle a high demand.
Another strength mentioned by a customer is the beautiful interior of the tea rooms, which is described as full of eclectic objects. This unique and comfortable setting adds to the overall ambiance and charm of the establishment. Additionally, the outdoor seating available at Tudor Rose Tea Rooms is mentioned, providing customers with the option to enjoy their tea and cake in an al fresco setting.
The appreciation for supporting local businesses is also evident in one of the comments. This indicates that Tudor Rose Tea Rooms is seen as a valued part of the community, further enhancing its appeal.
However, there are also a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer notes that the tea rooms stop serving food an hour before closing time, serving only tea and cake thereafter. This may limit the options for customers seeking more substantial meals later in the day, and potentially result in some disappointment. Another weakness highlighted is the fact that Tudor Rose Tea Rooms only accepts cash payments and does not accept card payments. In an increasingly cashless society, this may be an inconvenience for some customers who prefer to pay with a card.
Furthermore, there is one comment about the cleanliness of the toilet, suggesting that it needed decorating and a good clean. Maintaining a clean and well-maintained restroom is essential for a positive dining experience, so this is an area that the tea rooms should address.
In conclusion, Tudor Rose Tea Rooms has several strengths, including freshly baked scones, lovely tea, reasonable prices, and friendly service. The unique and comfortable interior, outdoor seating, and community support further contribute to its appeal. However, the limited food options in the evening, cash-only payments, and cleanliness issues in the restroom are areas that could be improved upon. Overall, Tudor Rose Tea Rooms seems to be a charming and popular place to enjoy tea and cake, but there are some areas that could be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience.

What a cute little place to stop by for a tea and cake. They did Cream Tea for 1 at £4.95 which was a scone, jam, butter, cream and tea. Scone was freshly baked whilst the condiments were standard. Tea was lovely and kept hot with the teapot cosy. Reasonable price and lovely service.
Support the local whenever possible.
Small corner plot tea rooms in Port Sunlight. Has some outdoor seating. They stop serving food an hour before they close, serving only tea and cake thence onwards, so if you are after something more substantial to eat then you need to get there earlier. Busy and popular place. Cash only payments, no card. Apparently used to be the post office. Has, ummmmm, an abundance of teapots and other paraphernalia on shelves around the walls. Cake selection also gets depleted earlier on, but the Victoria sponge cake was very good and a decent portion size. Strawberry milkshake was excellent.

Old style cafe, reasonable prices. I thought the coffee pot was magical, it didn't seem to empty
Had the afternoon tea. All items freshly made and delicious. Loads to eat and couldn't finish my cake so had to bag it.
Went again recently and confirmed it's still delicious. This was ham on brown, scone and coffee (no cake this time). Excellent value and great service.
Beautiful little tea room very busy .Nice food and staff .Also lovely area .
Delicious fresh scone with jam and cream and a lovely cappuccino. A very popular place, we were lucky to get in. Very nice surroundings full of eclectic objects. The only downside was the toilet, it needed decorating but even more importantly it needed a good clean.
Absolutely love this place, tea is amazing... food fresh and tasty and interior unique and comfy. It's mine and my mums go to tea room.
