I had the worst experience ever here. The manager was wonderful but the Chinese or Korean woman that works here decided to decide how to cut my son's hair. I told her a 3 she goes okay, okay, puts in ear buds and starts making phone calls and talking on her phone while cutting my son's hair and she cuts it as a two. I ask why she is picking how to do it and she tells me my son has been here before and she's cutting it how he got it before. One problem... My son hasn't been here before. She then shows me a receipt with a DIFFERENT NAME on it and then the manager came over. The manager was great. She deserves 5 stars, but then the other lady starts screaming at me and telling me I'm rude. The manager, Dee, then says she will finish it and the other lady just snatches and force pulls the hair cutting cape off my son. She later is complaining right in front of me about me and then yells at me to GO! And leave the store because I didn't appreciate her deciding how to cut my son's hair. Overall, this is the worst I've ever been treated at any place. I hope the woman gets some therapy and customer service skills. I won't be back. But the manager was fantastic.
Seems like an awesome place,but I think I chose wrong.. My hair stylist/barber seemed to be in a rush to get rid of me. She put about 1/10 effort in giving me a fade and listening to what I wanted. She started chopping hair off, contrary to what I asked for. The place is nice, clean, and offers drinks for paying employees, which is nice, and I might have just gotten unlucky with the 1 person who doesn't know what they're doing... or maybe she was having a bad day.. but despite the positives, my 2 star haircut ruined the experience for me.
I get a short haircut, went yesterday and the front of my hair is uneven by an inch, will never go back again. I think they must be hitting the bar between cuts I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life.
Was very chill, and the wait wasn't long also on days it's packed there is plenty that will keep you occupied. I had a nice glass of Jameson while I was relaxing and getting a hair cut. Definitely puts sports clips to shame.
Absolutely love this place. I'm able to get away for a moment and relax. The stuff is awesome. They take pride with their jobs. Always doing their best to please you. We talked about everything. Great place to get a hair cut with other options, have fun, drinks, snacks, an someone to talk to. The price's are great. My go to place. Thanks.

Had an appointment for both my son and myself with the same stylist, during my haircut, middle-aged man comes in and gets put in front of my son. Explanation was that the person would throw a fit if he has to wait. So we wait an extra 30 minutes for him to get his hair cut. When we complain, the cashier explains that the store policy is not to turn away money and offered us a very minimal discount. Not sure what was more insulting, being forced to wait for the middle-aged guy or getting a $5 discount to compensate for our time. In any event, this store just lost money from me and my sons.
Great atmosphere and stylists. It's not cheap though, but if you can swing it, I think it's well worth the higher cost.
Best place in friendswood for a hair cut and tune up! Great people, great atmosphere. Ms. D is the best manager!
