Quick Facts About Jus' Jo's Country Kitchen
Jus' Jo's Country Kitchen has received both positive and negative comments from customers, which provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
One strength that stands out is the delicious food. Many customers have complimented the taste and quality of the dishes they ordered, such as the cinnamon roll, tri-tip steak and eggs, pancakes, cinnamon French toast, and waffles. The large portions are also mentioned as a positive aspect, offering value for the price. Additionally, the ability to customize the menu to personal preferences, including substitutions, is appreciated by customers.
The staff at Jus' Jo's Country Kitchen is another strength mentioned by customers. They are described as friendly, professional, attentive, and polite. The welcoming and accommodating nature of the staff contributes to a positive dining experience for many customers. Furthermore, the fact that the staff themselves are seen eating at the restaurant is seen by some as a good sign that the food is of high quality.
The fast service is also noted as a positive aspect by several customers. They mention that the food arrives quickly after ordering, allowing for a timely and efficient dining experience.
On the other hand, there are some weaknesses mentioned by customers that should be addressed. One notable weakness is the issue of insufficient staffing on Saturday mornings. Customers have reported long waits and a lack of attention from servers during peak hours. This can negatively impact the overall dining experience, especially for those looking for a leisurely meal. The request to move tables in order to accommodate a long line is also seen as a rush, which may deter customers seeking a relaxed atmosphere.
Another weakness mentioned by one customer is the lack of authentic-tasting beans in a dish. This indicates that the quality of certain ingredients or dishes may not consistently meet expectations.
In conclusion, Jus' Jo's Country Kitchen has several strengths that contribute to a positive dining experience, including delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and fast service. However, the weaknesses of understaffing during busy times and inconsistencies in ingredient quality may need to be addressed in order to provide a more consistent and satisfying experience for customers.

There's definitely a hype to this place, but they don't have enough help on Sat mornings. (Hopefully not indicative of not paying their help well.)
Large portions so the price point is fine -- plan to split dishes! But can't really recommend going on a Sat morning about 9:30am. If you want a leisurely breakfast to sit and visit with relatives (Clovis was out meet-halfway point, so we were eating breakfast before saying goodbye), find a less-crowded place.
We were fine preparing to wait, but then had to ask for server to come out -- fine because they're busy.
But then when the food came out we didn't get refills.
At the end of the meal, we were chatting and the lady asked us to move because they had a line a mile long. I get that, but again I would rather go elsewhere and not be rushed.
If this is treated more as delicious, expensive, fast food -- then go here. If expecting a delicious, leisurely time to catch up over a meal, this is not your place, at least on a Sat morning.
This is a local spot we've visited a number of times. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and the food is always very delicious. Also if you are active duty or a veteran, be sure to let your server know because they offer military discount.
OMG we enjoyed our brunch! The cinnamon roll was very good with coffee it was a perfect combination. I enjoyed a tri-tip stake and eggs and my wife enjoyed egg white, sausage, and a cinnamon roll with a half order of French toast. We saw the staff eating there with is always a good sign that the food is good. We will be going back an take our boys.
The service is attentive, fast, and polite. Ordered a traditional breakfast combo and it was definitely better than what you get at a Denny’s or IHOP for basically the same price. The highlight of the meal was the pancakes, best I’ve had in a long time.
Great food and service! Had the cinnamon French toast and it was delicious! A little on the sweet side but that's probably because I put syrup on it. Haha
Had a great breakfast with my daughter this morning. I had the Chili Verde burrito pictured. Burrito was good, but the beans did not taste authentic to me. 62 yo Hispanic, so I know beans, lol. Shared biscuits n gravy. The biscuits were soft and moist. Those were great. The gravy needed some sausage bits in it to bring the flavor up. Slice of ham was huge! It was also thick and tasty. Great service, tho. I'll definitely go back to try other things.
This place is super delicious. I've been seeing the reviews and finally had to see what the hype was all about. The portions were big. My father had the chicken fried steak and I had the pork chops. We shared the famous cinnamon roll Fresno toast and it was delicious. I will definitely be back again, I think this Jus' Jos' just became one of my go-to breakfast spots.

I have been recommended by one of the staff to try the Nutella banana waffle! And it was sooo yummy ????! My food arrived within 10-12mins. I really appreciate how you can customize the menu to you own liking with various substitutions
Thank you for the great experience ❣️!
