These were my nails, I returned and kindly asked if they could remove them and possibly give me a refund. They got so rude, removed them, and then told me I couldn’t come back :( I’ve been going there through out the years and after one time not liking my nails they ban me.

It was terrible. The service was really bad and when I got there I had an appointment already set up and people that didn’t got to go before me. It took 4 hours for me to get my nails done. That’s ridiculous

My friend and I went there for the first time hearing how they were so good. We were there for roughly three hours expecting decent nails for the amount of time sitting and waiting. We were wrong they jumped around to person to person trying to rush through everyone. Remind you they didn’t turn down anyone who walked in they just instead rushed the current clients. They never asked me what I wanted for nail shape cut most of my nails crooked and then did a sloppy polish job on both of us. Wish they did a little bit better especially with the amount of time spent.
