February 2023 was me & my granddaughter first time going to this nail salon. Our whole experience was horrible the gentleman that was doing my service was rushing same thing with the lady doing my granddaughter. The nail polish we picked out must of been old they had to put nail polish remover in the bottle. It was very thick on our nails & toes which made it very hard for them to dry. Messed up as soon as we went out the door. Didn’t want to go back because they was rushing from the start. $75.00 that was wasted on inadequate service.
December 2022 - returned because of the convenience of the location near my home and the service was much better! Every business deserves a second
chance!

Arrived at this salon @ 6:30 (after work) and the OPEN sign was on. Walked in and told the lady at checkout counter that I wanted a pedicure and powder nail polish. within 5 minutes called back to pedicure chair and placed feet in water and pedicure was started. Within 5-10 minutes manger (whatever he is)walked past and I said hello. He went to the checkout counter and as walked past me again told me that they closed at 7 and that I could only get a pedicure and would need to return tomorrow for the power nail polish. I thought he was kidding so stated ‘really’ and he responded yes. Okay…of course this bothered me. ???? But, the guy providing the pedicure was doing a great job, so I decided to enjoy the pedicure and waited until the manger walked past me again…to share my thoughts on how a good business should operate. ‘THE OPEN SIGN SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PEDICURE AND POWDER NAIL POLISH BEFORE I SIT DOWN AND PLACED MY FEET IN THE WATER TO START THE PEDICURE!’. I gave the guy who provided the pedicure\polish a 35% tip because he did a great job! This is how you handle poor customer service, write a poor business review, but reward the worker who provided the quality service!
I made an appointment to get a gel manicure and they proceeded to help all the walk-ins before me. I communicated with them multiple times that I had made an appointment for a gel manicure and the guy who works at the front desk continued to say someone will be right with me. More walk-ins came and they continued to help them first. They did not help me once not even to take off my nail polish to get started. I would give zero stars if possible.
Just an overall awful experience. First person in the door, once the place got a little busy I was told I would need to wait to get my toes polished (this is halfway through my full set which turned out HORRIBLE - pics below). Mind you i never get my nails done and was so happy to get them done for my birthday. My cuticle is covered in superglue on my ring finger so I don't even know how to get these nails off! There's glue on every single back of my nail, they didn't clean out any cracks/crevices. If I didn't have to work I would have sat there and had my nails removed that day but surprise, it was my birthday and I had to work! I don't even want my money back I just want these things off! My cuticle is getting more and more red/swollen by the hour! I'm going back today (two days after) just to get my nails removed, they hurt so bad!!! $50 waste of time, money. Not an awesome birthday experience.
The eyebrow lady was nice but they have crazy quotes on nails. I came in to get one nail fixed and they told me it would cost 55 for a full set and 10 for a repair. This is ridiculous. The man working here is extremely rude. I wont come here again. I was told they dont have the same exact color so I would just get all rhimestones on one nail instead they wouldnt tell me the price. So instead of getting what I asked for I just cant get my nail fixed.
New to Charlotte and this place was near my house so i thought i’d try them out. The wait was long but it was understandable. However the service has left me extremely disappointed. My nails were sculpted too thin and they broke when i was opening my car door. I’m just glad my real nails are still okay???? but they were so unprofessional. I’m half viet so i can pick up little phrases and sentences. I over heard one of them talk about a lady’s toes being crusty and that’s when I decided to not come back. Maybe i was too rough on the nail or something so i can overlook the nail immediately breaking but them dissing money paying clients is so low. I’ve been to other salons and they never did it so i don’t know why they’re so unprofessional here
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Upon entering, the gentleman that i believe is the owner was extremely rude to another customer he was servicing with a manicure. The customer jumped back in pain and proceeded to pull her hand forward to rush through the service. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows done he was very rough with the waxing strips being applied to my face which I really did not appreciate. Not to mention I specifically told him what part I only wanted waxed and he just ignored my request! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just proceeded to pay. He charged me more for no reason!! I will not be returning this place is unprofessional and money hungry. Everyone look for salons that actually care about their customers! As for the gentleman I would the displeasure of experiencing, If you hate your job you should quit! Don’t take it out on people who look forward to a little self care from this stressful world we live in.
Like another review, 4 of my gel nails fell off within 48 hours. Lady said it was my fault and I should have paid more for pink and white powder set. She fixed the nails but said she had another appointment so she couldn’t put another the extra coat of polish on my nails that the male who did my nails prior didn’t put on.
Within the next 3 days 3 more of the gel nails fell off. Never had gel nail polish fall off like this before!
Do not recommend and definitely will not be back!
