I cant believe im saying this, but i randomly stopped here while traveling for work …and this has been the least painful, stress free, BEST! nail salon expierience of my life!! it was quick, precise & unique! This is exactly what I wanted and more! Love it so much???? thank you!! ????????

Three times I asked for the acrylic to be filed down and buffed smooth. As an ending result I have big lumps in my toe nails. Also I had to put my own lotion on my feet. Since when do u pay for a pedicure and they don’t lotion your feet afterwards? Then he told me I couldn’t have lotion for my other foot after he didn’t want to give me any lotion in the first place.

I come to this place often as it’s close by and they usually do a decent job. Depending on what nail tech you get you’ll get a different outcome and attitude. I’ve typically tried to ignore the attitudes and roughness of the techs but my experience today was too much. The guy servicing me kept trying to lift my nails after I had signed in and waited for a soak off. He was seemingly irritated that he couldn’t take the fast way out and comprise the health of my nails by popping my acrylic off with a tool. I reminded him 3x that I was there for a soak off and he sat back rolled his eyes and threw his tools down. I sensed it was a problem for him and took my things and left.

You’ll get a decent mani/pedi but it’s not worth the disrespect you may experience. Save your money and time for someplace that values it.

Finally! Ive found a place that gets it right. Style, price, technique, location. I haven't had anyone do my nails besides the owner, but he's so skillful I really don't want to try anyone else. The best thing about this place is the consistent pricing. My daughter has short nails and I have long and there was a big difference in fill prices. Unlike other establishments where they try to charge the same price for all lengths. The nail art is extremely reasonable. I'll try out their eyebrow services soon, but based on the lines, people seem to be impressed. I recommend showing up early because this place seems to always be busy. They accept reservations Monday through Thursday. Which works perfectly for business people. Enclosed are pics from me and my daughter's last visit.

Fungi…0/10 Nails felt too cheap but paid $50-60 for full set coffin… smh then nails POPPED OFF.. like press ons… smh!!!!!! Never been back and gave them two chances smh. Go to nails by hungry howie ????

Acrylic came off one nail 24 hours later and instead of fixing my nail they had me waiting for an hour like it was an inconvenience. My daughter and I have been going here for years getting manis and pedis. They lost customers today. Stand on your work! It doesn’t take much to provide good customer service.

Sorry to say I won't be returning to VIP NAIL LOUNGE. They did great work until I called to let them know they gave me a nail fungus but refuse to compensate for it. After 3 weeks this was the results.

I only request one person, and my nails last. I had my granddaughter nails done and the polish was off in a day. A female did my nails and the fill in wasn’t smoothed out, big lumps were at the cuticle. Poor customer service. Only a few can speak English and the staff talks loud over the customer. Prices are not consistent.
