I really love this salon! Everyone is so sweet and wonderful at what they do- Cindy, Yen, Linda, Anna... You're always in good hands no matter who you have! I never expect salons to remember me, but they always do! I think Cindy knows my taste in nail polishes better than I do at this point ???? I have nothing but love for ispa! ❤️

I’ve been going to this place for years for gel manicure, pedicure, acrylic and eyebrow waxing. They do a fabulous job. Always are timely, kind and clean. Loving my newest gel manicure.

The worst part about this place is that I can't take them to Columbus with me ???????????? Awesome service, both physically and verbally. You can't tip on the credit card, so either have cash or be prepared to use the ATM. I don't know if life will ever bring me back to Wilmington, but I totally have this place saved in my favorites just in case.

From fitting 2 call in appointments on NYE 2021 to having my refill done 2 days ago, I am very impressed with the work of my nail technician. She is so efficient and courteous that I’m compelled to return! Keep up the great work!

I used to like their job even it’s not a neat and clean place. But now quality of service going low now. Gel manicure doesn’t last long while the price have gone high . I don’t think I would drive that far for unsatisfactory service anymore.

Terrible the lady who did my nails was extremely rude. She was like relax every five seconds and basically refused to finish the job properly because I asked her to stop digging her nails into mine. Very unfortunate because my first experience here a while back was good. I definetly wont be coming back here. She also refused to do my pedicure and said she never had a customer like me. I know my body is tense but I never had a nail technician react to me in this way. I know my standards are high because I usually get my nails done in Long Island. This was super whack and she charged me full price $38.00. She said her name was Nillin who knows if that was even her real name. The only decent thing she did was try not to accept the tip but I felt bad and gave it to her anyway and she left it on the table.

I really love this salon! The people here are so nice, and very accommodating. Reservations are not required but I recommend one to avoid waiting. It's clean and comfortable. The spa pedicures are to die for!
